Thread: Really weird sleep paralysis experience

This morning I had a really weird sleep paralysis experience.

I can't remember it word for word, but I'll say pretty much what he said

(By the way, I never actually saw anyone, I just heard his voice)

When I woke up, I started hearing a man's voice. He was doing some introduction to something. He was about to show me something like in a class.

When I heard him, I was scared. Last week I woke up to the sound of a woman laughing, and quickly panicked to break out of SP. I didn't want to do that this time. I didn't try to move.

When he finished his introduction, he said "Okay, let's start with a low level activity!"

By body started vibrating slightly for a few seconds.

Then he said "Now, let's try a high level activity!"

My body started vibrating like there was no tomorrow.

Then he said "Okay, now for the medium level activity!"

My body started shaking a little more than low level.

Then he said something like "Okay! This concludes today's lesson!"

Everything started turning white, and I was hoping I was going to be sent into a lucid dream. But everything faded away, and I entered a non lucid dream about shopping at a grocery store.
