Hi. i am going to open my third eye in 30 days with throat friction which is believed to be one of the most powerful third eye opening.
I use the mp3 made by Samuel Sagan which i have found it in youtube.
I have already done the first 3 days and this is my result:

day 1 = felt pressure and denseness in my forehead and some particle of very small light
day 2 = felt pressure and saw dark violet hazy light behind my closed eyes at the end of the session.
day 3 = felt tingling and pressure in my third eye but the visual part was missed. but at the end i saw strong dark violet hazy light which lasted for 10 seconds.

now i practice this method for 1 month and report my daily results here.

i should mention that i have practiced other third eye opening method with no success and this method has worked better than the others so i stick to it.
plus i don't have special talent and i am an ordinary girl who wants to start the path of third eye opening.
