Well i've seen these people as well in my previous sleep deprivation stunts and they were indeed very creepy. I've never encountered them unless during a sleep deprivation run, which i was planning to do soon anyway (for kicks) so i'll keep you informed if i happen to spot any. As far as ATTACKING them goes, i could try i guess, although i highly doubt i will be able to get anywhere close to them without them disappearing as always.

Last night was my first night of shadow hunting, but I didn't see anything. I would scan my room whenever I woke up instead of recalling my dreams, but didn't see anything. On that radio show, they say sleep deprivation helps, but I'm getting way too much sleep.

One problem might have been my room was too cluttered. Had my fan in the middle of the room, my chair, so there wasn't much room for a shadow person to stand. Plus my bedroom door and closet door were open, which made for too many dark shadows to see thing properly.

Tonight I'll have my closet and bedroom door closed. The white backdrop should make them easier to see. And I'll clear the floor to give them room to stand, or at least allow me to see better. I'm thinking I should set up some kind of area for them to materialize. A pentagram or something. If it is all in my head, it might help me see them.

I read somewhere that these things usually happen when you sleep on your left side, and are related to right brain activity. Seems to hold true for my experiences, as sleeping on my right side all I can see is the wall.
hmm, interesting. Didn't the radio show say that one guy tried to fight one of them and they beat him up?

I've gone 5 days with no stimulants before i made the mistake of sitting on my bed. My head hit the pillow as soon as my ass hit the bed lol. Im gonna go a week soon. But ya, i saw those people on day 4, not just in room, out in public too, it was pretty weird.

What are they gonna do, nibble my bum? I've been beat up plenty of times, after awhile you don't really care anymore. That's what makes me dangerous. It would be a small price to pay to have some personal proof.

But it wasn't a shadow person that beat him up, it was one of those bodiless evil entities you can feel in your room. I haven't been very brave when faced with those things in the past.

I've never seen them while tired, mostly after meditating and going to bed. Makes me wonder if it's not caused by a certain state of mind. Don't know if I have the will power to sleep deprive myself. I love sleeping too much.

I'll save the sleep deprivation as a last resort. Gotta be an easier way to see them. Perhaps the God Helmet mentioned in that interview, which stimulates the brain with electromagnetic waves. I had read of something similar with magnets used on the third eye, where people saw shadow type entities. http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...light=magnetic

bodiless evil entities? oh boy, thought that they were the shadow people, lol. When do you see these evil entities? So far, whenever I reached SP, I usually have my eyes closed, so, I can't see them unless you can see even with your eyelids closed

Why does one open thy eyes in SP? That's just asking for something scary. Or is it HI, like a dream forming. I get some pretty creepy Hi.

How do you attack them in SP too. This is where I am really confused, but am interested in this subject. I remembered something! My brother was watching this show on discovery and there was these shadow figures that slashed some girls back. On TLC someone was burned in acid with markings and she was a psycho. Maybe there is something..

Your eyes are the only thing you can move during SP. Want to or not, it's hard to resist the temptation to look around. And it's nothing like HI.

Fighting during SP? Well, OK, you got me there. But I usually see shadow people and those other things without SP.

I haven't been able to overcome SP in RL, but sometimes the same thing happens in dreams, where I can't move and find it hard to breath. SP in a dream. The last time that happened to me, I was able to move somewhat. Just my arms, every so slowly with great effort. Just enough to choke whatever was attacking me.

There was a period where I was having really bad sp episodes every week. for a few months. They started out small and got progressively worse. whenever I thought i was getting used to it the next one would throw a curveball and be a little worse. it started to get to where I would not only be stuck in sp and feel scary presences, but I would also levitate and move around against my will.

one time when I felt a presence I wasnt afraid and challenged it in my mind and I suddenly got really intense pain in my chest. There were some times when I didnt try to wake myself up just to see where it would go, but that wasnt always very pleasant. ( i can usually wake up if I want to, pretty quickly)

Somehow I got over it though. I still have a lot of sp but it's not scary anymore, and it doesnt escalate like it used to. I havent had a bad one in a long time.

How do you attack them in SP too.
I was also wondering what you meant by attacking "them"
If your talking about the same thing I am I dont see how that's possible.
