Thread: Had a 'person' help me recall a dream inside my dream

I had a interesting thing happening in my dreams this morning of 18th June.
In my last dream for the morning I was lucid or semi-lucid thinking about and focusing about trying to recall my first dream for the night as I had over some few dreams forgotten what it was really about. It had been interesting enough for me to want to remember it but I was in predicament when I found myself not remembering it all to well. Many details were lost, rather most of it was until I had the dream to try and reconstruct and replay it in parts as I remembered or had the dream recall the details for me as scenes played out once again and as such I remembered this happened or that other thing happened.

It was later into this in the middle of the recall that then a scene played out that I knew wasn't right. It had played out differently from what I recalled but could not think through successfully on how it really had played.
A woman's voice came up to me from a corner speaking to me.
"I'll help you recall"
As she said this she grabbed my head with her hands from both sides of it and I felt a surge of energy with a slight cold touch for a instant before it was really weird feeling and then the dream played out the scene as I remembered it.

Can this woman have been my dream guide or the sorts? I've yet to identify her, but I've spotted a character always being around myself but always in the back staying out from my vision but always helping out now and then or warn me about things.
She usually says something short here or there when I might need it or helping out in other ways. In my dreams I kinda take her presence as natural and think nothing of it when these happen but never know fully who it was. In waking life I always wonder about these strange but 'natural' happenings.
