Congrats on the WILD! Funny how they can sort of surprise you with how quickly they happen. I failed the eyeball task too, but I commend you for trying. And the basic task fail was kind of funny I'm sure you'll get it next time.

Haha, I think it might be that picture on the bottom of his posts that made me think of summoning her. If it makes him feel any better the details of her nakedness are very blurry. I was focused more on not losing the dream. ha.

Well thank you. I have really only been on for about 2 months and don't post a bunch. I am usually pretty busy and only really have time to record dream journals and update my workbook. Last night was the first time I have been lucid in a car so I guess it was cool experimenting with it. It is nice having others interested and people who actually know how cool lucid dreaming can be. I still get discouraged when I have a big break in between the dreams but who doesn't. NyxCC has been great so far, very good info and knowledgeable.

I went back to see your very first post and btw my wife also thinks I am weird paying attention to dreams and lucid dreaming...oh well.

I used to use my hands more but have been trying to focus more on the dream environment. Anything I can focus on or touch that is around me. Seems the more interaction with the dream the more stable it is. I also have used the verbal command "focus" yelling it out loud and it seems to do the trick too. Still playing with the different techniques.

I also look at the ground to stabilize. that's a funny dream.

It has been fine for me so far. Caused a little bit of sleeplessness the first night but felt pretty good as I was falling asleep.

I hate 5-HTP, Gives me a hangover.....
