I'm sorry you had to go through that. I lost my mom when I was 17 too then my dad in my mid 20's but I've only had a couple dreams about them. It's cool you can embrace that stuff in your dreams, I generally try to avoid it bc it triggers depression.

First i thought like omg if im gonna dream about her it will give me a depression next day and for the rest of the month, but after few dreams i had actually calming feeling

Indeed, that's really really scary... Because you cannot do anything about it O.o But at the same time it's interesting whats going to happen because you realize that thats not real

ive had this happen multiple times, i hate the feeling of knowing its there but you can't confront it because your stuck,/sleep paralysis. i always get too afraid and wake up.
