Not that I can think of. I dream about celebrities A LOT, tho, I just think it's because I'm a massive pop culture aficionado. (That being said, I'm not into GoT AT ALL. )

Right you are, children are not sexual objects. I remembered some LDs and OBEs where I experimented with sexuality- it was long time ago. I try it from time to time to try out my concentration strength. One can of course do what he want in LD, and to have sex even if someone is present(like father of daughter) is not something what would disturb me in dream. After all daughters can be old enough
But that thing with concentration- it comes with strong emotions, arousal. There is way around. You need to be detached. Then your arousal will be weak. Emotion unter control. You have to skip orgasm part of sex(orgasm is always disrupting). In that case you can do it. Only... It feels very mechanical that way. One can ride on arousal wave even in normal world. To make love for hours. Worst part of this process is the start... about maybe 10-15 minutes of sexual intercourse. Then the arousal surfing starts to be enjoyable.

hahaha. Naw, man. The girl was like... a child. So, the thought didn't even cross my mind. I heard that sex can mess with your concentration, but I've been reading a bit as to how to focus while doing it.
