I am at a large college at some kind of meeting in the common grounds between all of the buildings. As I'm talking with a group of people, someone throws a wine bottle from a window and it crashes to the ground and breaks. I look up and see a window open on the 3rd or 4th floor. It looks like there is some kind of party going on there. I think that the bottle throwing was kind of fucked up, but we just keep going about our business.

Just a few moments later, another bottle comes flying from the sky and crashes onto the ground. I jump away from the building and see someone closing the window on the 3rd floor above us. He sees me and backs away from the window quickly.

I walk over to a vending area on the edge of the common grounds looking for some kind of security personnel. Without success, I tell the cashier what happened and that something has to be done about this. I ask her how to get ahold of security or whatever. She said she doesn’t know. I ask her if she could find out and she just looks at me funny. I tell her that if nobody will do anything about it, I am going to go upstairs and throw everyone at that party out the window.
