Hitting my head on the ceiling.

I became lucid after a MILD during a WBTB. I remember the dream being extremely vivid, it was lifelike. I don't think I've ever had a dream this vivid before! I was standing in the living room, in my grandmother's apartment. I decided I would fly. I remember reading someone's dream in waking life where they just phased through the roof while flying. I started levitating, flew up and... hit my head on the ceiling. I wasn't going very fast, but the pain was very real.
I figured that if I want to fly, I should go to the balcony. I went there and remembered some tips I read about flying, such as imagining the clouds were sucking me up, but I became afraid and just turned around and walked back to the living room (next time I'm going to tell myself that there's no gravity). While I was there, I started thinking about how I wanted to meet Yuu, a character I created in waking life and have always wanted to meet (I created a house for her where 2 other characters also live, I've been trying to get there for a while). I think I tried to open a portal, but failed. Suddenly, I heard someone talking in the kitchen. I tought it must have been the housekeeper and that she could help me find Yuu.
I went to the kitchen and there was a woman there, she was pretty attractive. I fondled her a bit (I've been trying to avoid wasting time with sexual stuff, but sometimes I get distracted) and she disappeared. Another woman appeared and I asked her for help. She somehow called an elevator which appeared on the kitchen's wall and we entered it. It was a pretty normal elevator with beige walls and some numbers. I asked which one was Yuu's apartment and she told it was 11, then pressed the button. When the door opened we were in some kind of house and I think there were some people doing something. I said this was the wrong place and the dream ended.
I also remember some dream fragments. One where I was in a shopping mall's garage arguing with my father and another one that I can barely remember, however I can't remember enough to write anything (mainly all I can remember is a really vague image and a feeling that I can't describe).
Well... I'm getting closer to my goal. I remembered the tips I read about, all I have to do is get over my fear of heights inside the dream.
