I'm upset with a friend. I therefore walk in the village with two pillows that I want to throw in his face. The motivation I'm so upset: he never asks me how I am or invite me for activities. I find a friend of mine and stay for a drink, then i continue my quest. I find the house and I go inside, but I find another friend. He asks me why I am there, I explain what he's going on. Suddenly I feel that I no longer desire to be rude to the other friend, and that friend arrives. I let him know why I'm there and that I am no longer upset with him and glad to see him. I give him back a tool that he lent me and I stay for a drink.

This dream was dull as fuck. Next time I want alien invasions and sex underwater lol

There were hitmen. And to contrast them we decided to become hitmen ourselves. Who? Me, an ex colleague and another guy. Why? No clue.

All not lucid.
- I'm doing things. I'm with friends. I use tool and materials. The thing generated mess in the house of my parents. My mother complains about all those screed on the floor. Bah

- I'm in the pub with my friends and also my ex (never seen her before) and her new boyfriend are with us. I accidently say something that makes them having a discussion. He becomes defensive and sarcastic. I talk to him, I apologize for what I said, it was not my meaning to cause him troubles. I advise him to calm down and be nicer to the girl because for experience she doesn't appreciate that behaviour.

- I participate to a running competition inside a supermarket. Only one runner can run per time. The total distance is 5 km, the tach is the perimeter of the supermarket (inside). I do one round and I think that I finished, but the woman at the information point tells me that it's not enough. I do other five rounds. But they're also not enough. I swear that the feeling of running was incredibly accurate.

I'm writing just before to go to bed again, so very few details.

- dream (non lucid): I was on a roller coaster where the cart didn't have any protection, but only a bar that I could grab to avoid falling off. I found this detail pretty suspicious, but I justified it thinking that the gravity was protecting me.

- dream (lucid): I was going on a motorbike (never did in my life) and suddenly had a very long jump. To long, I was almost flying. I noticed this inconsistency and got lucid: suddenly the sky took very incredible colors, the effect of the sunset with the clouds was gorgeous... But lasted just a couple of seconds and the dream vanished.

- dream (non lucid): I, with my girlfriend, were keepers of a big villa. The owners were on vacation and were coming back the day after. We caused some damage and there was an incredible mess, especially at the third floor and no time to fix the situation.

Tonight I made very dull dreams about stuck toilets and needs.
I'm not wasting my time describing them.

But I got lucid! I was in a car with another guy who was driving, at a certain point I see a shop with a sign with written "dream sign" (I appreciate the sarcasm of my mind), things that could not remain unnoticed so that I did the nose reality check, and for the first time I could breath! I became lucid, but I was too excited and I woke up almost immediately. Damn!

- Dream (non lucid): I'm back to university, presumingly in Amsterdam. This university is much cooler than the one i actually did. I surprised the professor with my excellent knowledge about databases and for being able to write in Russian and in Persian, although a native speaker made me notice that I have a problem with the "maticagne" (eh? I looked this word up but it looks totally made up - it sounds Italian but it is gibberish. I found something in French but it has a different pronunciation).

Here I was knowing two languages that I of course cannot know. Well, knowing... I was actually feeling like I had no idea what I actually wrote.

Horrible

Well no, let's say that every experience counts, but this is by far the most disturbing and weird I ever had.
Preliminary information: I woke up in the night, being awake for one hour and half and then tried WILD.

- dream (lucid): I have no idea how but I got lucid. I would not say that it was because of the WILD because I lost continuity... But eventually I got a sleep paralysis, of I dreamt about having one, and then I thought: that's it, I'm dreaming! And I got lucid. As soon as I got lucid I had the most devastating lucid high I ever experienced: an explosion of colours and then matrix style computer characters. I was feeling my brain exploding and my blood like boiling (and no, I don't use any drugs ). I tried to summon a woman but it didn't work out at all (I could never get summoning right but this is my biggest failure). I was periodically rubbing my hands like advised by Laberge, what a weird feeling! I tried watching my hands and they were somehow looking bigger. I was in my bedroom with my girlfriend next to me, I got confused on the fact that I could be awake. So I tried by checking the reflection in the mirror: it worked perfectly. Even the feeling of the bed and the sound of my hand touching the bed, absolutely realistic. I eventually get stuck in my confusion, my girlfriend whispered "you're crazy". I give up.

After a while I wake up thinking how stupid I was to waste such opportunity. I should have tried other reality checks, I should have explored the dreamworld around me, I could have flown. I did nothing, just stayed in the bed and reality checking on the mirror. Meh. But OMG, what a crazy feeling.

- dream (non lucid): I proposed my girlfriend and she said yes, then also get ex proposed her and she also said yes. Then she told me that she was going took meet him because more similar to her.

- dream (non lucid): a woman that I know married another woman. Curious about her I ask her why, she said that she was bored of fucking around with men. I then ask her if she loves her and she admits that she doesn't.

Continuity, locations and weird dialogues were my main dream signs.

The two dreams of last night were about me being back in Italy.

- dream (non lucid): after two years and half in Netherlands I decide that I miss Italy and I quit my job, leave my apartment and go back to live with my apartment. I find a job in a not very nice workplace and I start a new relationship with my ex. (Terrible idea lol) I soon realize that I made a terrible mistake and that I desire to go back to the Netherlands. I discuss it with my mother but she is upset with me.

- dream (non lucid): instead of going back to the Netherlands, I decide to go to a different region of Italy (Tuscany I think). I go to live with a flatmate, a girl, which I find attractive and there is immediately a click.

Dream signs: in my first dream I ate a breakfast prepared by my deceased aunt, still alive in my dream. The food really had a taste though. In the second dream I receive a comment in Facebook by an ex of mine and the second time I read it the text is slightly different. I unfortunately rationalized it as my mistake and didn't become lucid.

I'm now struggling with recalls after days of super detailed dreams.

Dream (non lucid): I died because of electrocution by testing a Christmas tree. My vocalizing the fact awoke my girlfriend. I reality checked just in case of a false awakening, but I was awake for real.

Dream (non lucid): I was a woman. And I was in prison. I don't remember a lot about it but there was a room called "the last room" that was looking like a Church where instead of have a confession with a priest you could speak to a lawyer. But I was a woman and didn't become lucid. Meh.

No recall. I actually remembered something this morning but it was so incredibly dull that I didn't feel motivated to remember it.
Anyway I tried the WILD. I'm doing it since when I restarted actually and so far no result but I guess I'm getting better.

Before last night it was almost something like "1: I'm dreaming, 2: I'm dreaming, 3: I'm.... zzzzzZZZZzzzZZ". Yesterday I went up to 100 and restarted 3 times. I gave up after the third set of 100. I sometimes felt my body completely relaxed at the point that I was suspecting to have the sleep paralysis. I had some involuntary movement in my feet, so I guess I was getting close. Unfortunately I slept through and I couldn't retry it.

In the past my maximum result with WILD was to arriving at the point I was hearing a very loud crash and waking up from it. Here I'm a piece earlier.

This dream is so huge, long and detailed that didn't leave me any recall for the previous dreams. Moreover, I dreamed further but the only thing I recall is that I stayed the whole time in the same location of this dream.

- dream (non lucid): I go to spend some time with my friend in a town in Italy located to the dolomites but with the sea (impossible). I even go on Google to find information about the place, but I'm confused about is name, Valpadana? Valpiniana? I try both but don't obtain satisfactory results. When i go there I discover that there was a huge problem: the cable detached so was not possible to show board. Not understanding what this was actually meaning, I decided to snowboard anyway, until when I found myself in a super narrow track with ravines in both sides and in front and manage to ly on my back and stopping before to fall down (but losing the snowboard). I therefore had to go backwards with the strength of my arms for a long trait until when I could safely stand and come back to the safe part of the town without my snowboard.

Dream signs in this part of the dream? A lot. Even though there were elements incredibly realistic, the most incredible one being the gravity and a special mention goes on how google was very realistically rendered, there were many different things I could have evinced that I was dreaming;
- location: dolomites and sea. just nope.
- incomplete and confusing information: I could not remember the name of the place and I could not understand once there what the hell was the story about the cable.
- actions: snowboarding is cool... but I don't snowboard. And it's not in my personality to do something where considered dangerous and strongly forbidden.
- climate: it was summer but there was enough snow to go on snowboard and enough sun to be on the beach (and go on the snowboard in t-shirt).
- senses: I could not feel the cold of the snow nor the warmth of the sun.

- continuation: at a certain point of the dream it was evident that I was living and working there. One day, at work, I received my salary: basically a baggage made of carton full of money, with written on top "Big deal for {DeDromer}" (my real name), and signed by three colleagues. In the moment I opened the baggage, the director came and started to compliment about how good my work has been and how happy they are that I work for the company. I was of course very pleased.

Dream signs as it rains.
- continuity breakage: before I was there for holidays, then I was living and working there.
- objects: the salary... lol Way too many money and who gives them in cash? I must have seen too much Breaking Bad I guess. Out of the three names written in the baggage, only two are my colleagues; one is a colleague of my girlfriend. And anyways; I live and work in The Netherlands, and here we are in Italy, and my colleagues are Dutch. But the dream in English lol
- misplaced characters: my colleagues, and the director, a kind German guy of my previous working place.

- continuation: it was now clear that also my friends were living there, and living a very basic life that is: eat, sleep, go to the beach, eat, sleep, repeat. And I was having the car full of objects from my friends (the car was pretty old and crappy - wasn't I very rich???) and my invitations to get their objects back and have my car clean were constantly failing.

A final consideration, the dream didn't finish here. It was going on and on and on and I was going back to the dangerous track many times, this time walking. I went back to it without the snow, it was very beautiful.

All these dream see me somewhat 15 years younger, In Italy and are pretty dull to be honest

Dream (non lucid): a guy offers himself to become my personal trainer for free to help me getting better grades in gymnastic and a better athletic condition. This guy follows me everywhere... this dream has been restarted many times this night and the guy followed me in other dreams. In the reality this guy is an ex colleague and has of course not any single motivation to help me with my training.

Dream (non lucid): I'm in a (very lame) attraction park. With my mother. (this thing only should scream "it's a dream!") For some reason I cannot buy the access for single attraction (5€) but I have to buy a yearly subscription of 25€ per month. But the (lame) attraction park is open only 3 months per year so I get the suspect that it is a scam. I discuss this with the staff but I fail to get any satisfactory answer.

Dream (non lucid): There was a punk that was committing a series of minor law infractions, like being drunk and break objects, driving too fast and using drugs, and some guys and I had to stop him. My brilliant Idea was to film him and show a video with very beautiful things like nature, puppies, children and life in general and then his own behaviour, and in the movie there was my voice saying something on the line "life is a wonderful thing. This is the one of yours". Not sure it worked though

Dream (non lucid): a smokin'hot Dutch woman asks me advice on alimentation and training. I was more than happy to help her... but she really didn't need my help. And of course I'm not an expert in the field either. I'm just a software engineer who cares good for himself.

All non lucid.

Dream: I was living in Zuid Holland, in a flat. There was an artist on my floor who was capable to transform everything in something beautiful. He was a hold and very kind man. I gave him a guitar as a present and he delighted me with very beautiful melodies.

Dream: same province. I was at a the sea and with my heart surprise my parents were there (they live in Italy) and my father was landscaping the sea. Exactly. He was a matter landscaper. A little bit as if he was lucid dreaming and I just one of his dream characters.

Dream: still in the same province. Real life background: a friend of mine has a new girlfriend. In the dream he gave previously the number of the girl to another friend who tried to seduce her, failing miserably. The guy was explaining to me the story, that i actually anyway knew and I was feeling very bad for him. The girlfriend in the dream is not the same girl of the real life: she's actually a friend of him who he found beautiful and interesting but she had already a relationship.

Dream: this one is in Italy. My grandma (who died three years ago) was living in the house of the sister of a friend of mine. Talking with the girl, she said that my girlfriend and I could have the house as soon my grandma would die. I was explaining her in that case my girlfriend was going to totally transform the house as she is a real perfectionist. Apart this last consideration, all the rest didn't make any sense, but I explored the house that was fully furnished and decorated with old fashioned Italian style furniture and with very realistic damages typical of an old house.

Dream: somewhere in Netherlands, presumably Zuid Holland. My girlfriend and I enrolled in a 5km run competition. Our outfit was clearly inadequate: jeans and non running shoes. Because of this fact I went back home to pickup the running shoes (still with jeans though). As soon as we approach the starting line unfortunately the race started so I didn't have time to wear the running shoes and we started to run with a lot of struggles with me having the running shoes in one hand and a small mattress in the other (? This is unexplainable). At a certain point I wanted to stop by a bar and have a coffee (my girlfriend had an ice cream). I didn't have money with me and the owner was very angry. Eventually a cousin of my gf paid for us but was very upset. that cousin didn't exist in real life. we went then back to the run, being obviously the absolutely last ones.

Yesterday evening I started to read the Laberge had pretty vivid dreams tonight.

Dream (not lucid):
An ex roommate of me put a video on YouTube about him performing a song. The video was pathetic and the comments were pretty negative about his performance. I was then performing the same song in front of him (Lisa - "Oceano"), with my piano. My performance was much better and very realistic both in terms of my skills in piano and singing both in terms of results and feelings. I performed the entire song, things I never did before in a dream.

Dream (not lucid):
This was a multilingual dream, spoken for the most in English and Italian. I was with a group in Venice (but was looking more like Utrecht) and we were going around the city. I was walking hold the hand of a colleague of mine that I find nice and attractive, scared that my girlfriend could discover it (I didn't have any affair with her, but I was thinking that it was a little bit difficult to explain). I was commenting how similar to a Dutch city it was looking like. At a certain point we had a group lesson in a park by a Russian professor, but it was for the most just gibberish. At a certain point the entire group, let's say 200 people, started to perform and dancing on a song (Elio e le storie these - " Alfieri del belcanto"). My manager was also involved. At a certain point we arrived in a building and i was confronted by a man that said "this guy is crazy! He speaks too many languages!". I then replied in for of the languages I actually know: English, Italian, French and Dutch. He was feeling bad confused and I told him "het is niet mijn fout dat je geen Nederlands spreekt!". It doesn't sound totally right to me but I would have probably said it in this precise way.
