    - no 5-HTP before going to sleep
    - no galantamine + choline (continuing the 1 day on 1 day off cycle)
    - no Piracetam when I got up
    lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences
    note:
    - 3 dreams recorded, dreams were quite vivid, (flying)
