Sleep Score: 100 approx Lucid Dreams: 0 Recorded Dreams: 6 Technique: WBTB Notes: lot's of sleep, duration 12 hours with actual sleep of about 10, dehydrated in the morning. Could have easily had many LDs tonight (here's the new way I've been capturing data since Zeo went bust)
Sleep Score: 78 approx Lucid Dreams: 0 Sequence: - attempted WBTB (fail) - sleep time: 2:00 - wake time: 11:00 Notes: talked myself into not WBTB, need to avoid activities during the day that make it difficult to have a proper sleep
Sleep Score: 86 approx Lucid Dreams: 1 Sequence: - attempted WBTB - sleep time: 1:30 - actual sleep time: 1:30 - wake time: 7:00 - back to sleep time: 7:30 - actual back to sleep time: 7:40 - wake time: 11:00 Notes: once again the LD was not triggered by a RC, just simply a realization that this must be a dream dependent on events. Must do more WL RCs to re-instantiate the habit.
Sleep Score: 82 approx Lucid Dreams: 0 Sequence: - attempted WBTB - sleep time: 1:20 - actual sleep time: 1:30 - wake time: 7:10 - back to sleep time: 7:31 - actual back to sleep time: 8:30 - wake time: 11:00 Notes: the sleep chart revealed very little REM sleep, didn't make for a great opportunity, did read a great article on dream yoga with some very practical advise on visualizations (this is rare).
Sleep Score: 90 approx Lucid Dreams: 2 Sequence: - attempted WBTB - sleep time: 10:40 - actual sleep time: 11:00 - wake time: 4:45 - back to sleep time: 5:09 - actual back to sleep time: 5:30 - LD #1 - LD #2 - wake time: 10:30 Notes: each LD did not require a RC, it was just a consciousness that it was a dream, this is how it's been happening lately. Slight worry about WL vs Dream State confusion issues, must continue to practice RC. Key words: high school, bathroom, police, french
Sleep Score: 71 Lucid Dreams: 6 Notes: It all happened with an impromptu WBTB, through a technique I haven't experienced previously. When I finally got back to sleep, instead of doing a RC I checked to see if I was sleeping. Checking my breathing and eyes I could detect that in RL that they had been functioning as if I was asleep. That thought about "was I sleeping" triggered 6 different LDs this morning.
Sleep Score: 67 Lucid Dreams: 0 Notes: Need to get more sleep, sleep score should be at 85 minimum with a WBTB
Sleep Score: 64 Lucid Dreams: 1 (early morning 6:30 AM) Notes: Stabilization was a problem, tried looking at my hands and spinning but didn't work BTW: Zeo sleep manager closed it's doors, so no more fancy sleep charts.
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose galantamine + choline - no Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - I've really been experiencing sharp dream recall, it's time to go on another round of galantamine
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose galantamine + choline - no Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - all techniques for falling asleep failed last night, the key is consistently going to sleep at the same time
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose galantamine + choline - no Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - this is one large block of sleep, dreams had been crisp
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose galantamine + choline - no Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 1 lucid experiences note: - while dreaming set my intention to start lucid dreaming and it worked
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose galantamine + choline - no Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - had a problem with the ZEO headband slipping off last night, this is the first time this has ever happened, so no chart today
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose galantamine + choline - no Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - still are some bugs with my ZEO USB setup, need a more subtle way to alert myself that I'm in REM - the worst night of sleep, as the chart shows, with many outside factors disturbing my sleep all night
took: - no 5-HTP before going to sleep - 0 dose galantamine + choline - no Piracetam when I got up lucid dreaming: 0 lucid experiences note: - continued with my new ZEO setup, with USB attached to a laptop for real time night tracking. When the laptop reads REM sleep from the ZEO it triggers a sound to indicate that it's "LD time". - unfortunately the software still needs a few more bugs worked out, the period while falling asleep has similar readings as during REM sleep
