Okay, last night I failed badly because I got no sleep. I went to bed at the usual time but I wasn't able to fall asleep until like 1 AM. Tonight I'll fall asleep instantly though because I did parkour for 4 hours today I also noticed that ADA is becoming a passive process in my mind, I don't even need to put in effort anymore. I actually enjoy being aware all the time because life is more intense that way.
