    More Work and School Dreams...UGH.

    Dream - Lucid

I was at work, but I don't think I was on the clock. I saw Chris come in, and was trying to avoid him seeing me. I only saw his back, though. Never saw his face. He was standing in line wearing a black polo. I ran to the back, and there were dishes soaking in pink sanitizer in the first of the 3 big dish sinks. Usually they soak in the 3rd sink, though there were dishes also soaking in pink sanitizer in the 3rd sink as well. There was a guy working back there, setting many dishes in the 1st sink. I looked in the sink, and every dish that was in there was cracked and breaking. The guy didn't seem to notice. I started to freak out. Every time he'd pull one out, it would crumble and break. I went and got my boss. I told her she wasn't going to like what I was going to tell her. I showed her, and she said they had been having that problem all day. Apparently, the excess sanitizer was causing the dishes to break. I took some of the dishes out, or rather, pieces of dishes.

Then, Caitlin called me up and told me she wanted me to be maid of honor at her wedding. She was supposed to marry a guy we knew awhile back named Jarred. I was confused, because I thought Courtney was supposed to marry him (they dated back in high school). I told her I would be honored to do it. The ceremony was on Friday.

I then went back out into the dining room at work, and saw Chris's back again. He was sitting down, drinking a double shot of espresso. I went back into the back to avoid a confrontation.

I talked to Caitlin again, and she said she wasn't going to marry Jarred anymore, because he moved to New York with some girl, but they were still going to have a ceremony/party.

I was at school, taking (another) statistics class. Caitlin was in it with me. I commented on the teacher, and how I had had her before, and since she was very Chinese, it was very hard to understand her. The teacher started to teach and write on the white board. I looked at her again a little later, and she had turned into this very southern, red-headed woman I know that frequents the coffee shop. Still couldn't understand much of what she was saying.

Then, I was walking down the hall of what looked like my old middle school, trying to find my literature class. It was room 306, and I was in the 340's. I went down to the other side of the hallway, and found it. A girl I went to middle/high school with, Lauren, was there. She was commenting on some guy she was dating. I thought that was interesting, since she had been married and had a kid. I assumed they had split, and I didn't ask any questions. I also saw Nick, a guy I had briefly dated in middle school and had a quiet falling out with last year. He ignored me completely.

I entered the room, and the desks were pushed together in groups of 5 or so. There were few seats left, and Lauren invited me to sit with her. There wasn't a chair there, so I got one from another group and positioned it under the desk. The legs of the chair had to fit under it in a certain way, it was weird. The male professor started to lecture about some weird stuff, and drew a diagram of the inside of a mouth on the board. He was explaining how, to be good at literature, you had to talk a certain way and position your tongue a certain way. I copied the diagram, which had a weird, sparkly, optical illusion look to it on the board, and on my paper. I thought about the class, and how I had skipped it many times. I zoned out of the lecture.

Not gonna lie, I am so sick of dreaming about work and school. When I'm not there, I'm dreaming about it. Ugh. -_-
