Dream One: I'm sitting at a school desk in a concrete parking deck. There are other desks, and it's like this parking deck is a classroom. There's graffiti on one of the walls, but I can't remember what was written/drawn. The teacher is a female, but I didn't pay much attention to her either. Whatever she's teaching us about, I'm so very sure she's wrong about it so I'm ignoring her and thinking to myself, "That's wrong. That's so wrong! Why are textbooks that are supposed to teach us and make us smarter, filled with lies that leave us none the wiser about anything even if we read them cover to cover?!" Then the girl beside me and the girl in front of me are chatting, and they turn around and ask me if I have apiece of paper they can borrow to write each others numbers down. I say sure, and reach into my bag to grab the notebook I always carrying around. In waking life, this little palm sized notebook is completely blank, I'll jot down my grocery list or whatever I need, and tear the page out when I'm done because I like seeing blank sheets rather than sheets and sheets of my horrible handwriting that look messy. In the dream however, this book is filled with hand written pages detailing dreams. I start to worry that I won't find a blank sheet, and so I rip out the last sheet of the journal that has June 25th and 26th on it (and there's no way my dreams would fit on a single page, let alone in a notebook that small! Let alone have two days worth of dreams on a single page, ha ha) I hope that the girls won't laugh at me when they read my dreams on their sheet of paper, and I rip the paper in half so that each girl will get half to write her number on. Then I realize there's a blank sheet stuck to the back of the sheet I just ripped, so I hand them the blank sheet that is now halved instead of the sheets with my journal entries. I crumble the entries up in my hand and toss them into my bag. I momentarily feel sad because I feel like I've ruined those dreams, but then I realize I can just rewrite them as the first entries in a new dream journal and I'm happy with this. I notice that some people are walking around handing out small gifts to everyone. There are a few gifts on my desk as well, but I don't know any of these people. I realize they're giving the gifts to the whole class, not just their friends, and I find this very generous. The only gift that really sticks out to me is a little lamp. It's a brown square base, with a palm tree on the right side. The light is in a coconut in the palm tree, and it shines down to illuminate little gold sequins that are glued to the brown base to look like pirates gold on an island. For some reason, this lamp reminds me of Tinkerbell, and I ask who made it. A guy with sandy brown hair stands up and takes credit for it, and I tell him it's beautiful, then tell him how it reminds me of tinker bell and just needs a little gold glitter to look like pixie dust. He offers to teach me how to make them myself and I can make my own lamp with pixie dust, but he's not very interested in the whole Tinkerbell thing. I tell him thanks, but I'm not very good at making things. Then everyone around us is leaving, so I grab my bags and start to leave too. I walk out of the parking deck into an ally, and I look out towards an open street with a field on the other side where the sun is shining (the parking deck and large building made the ally all dark and shadowy) I start walking towards the sun, and I either thought of my mom or saw my mom, but I woke up before I could make it into the sun.

Dream Two: I'm in a car, in the back seat with my BFF. My husband is driving, and her husband is riding shot gun. We're driving through a big city at night. We see a limo, and I tell her it's a celebrity who ran for president but didn't win. I tell her I think we need a younger president that will bring our country up with the times rather than trying to set so many "moral" codes straight out of the bible like a grandparent. (Real sore point for me, I have nothing against Christians, I just feel like it's not fair that people of other religions have to form to christian ideals when it comes to marriage and such. I mean really, it may be against the christian religion for people to be gay, but it's not against MY religion... and maybe it's not against most gay peoples either, so why on earth can they not have a legal union through the state if their religion allows it?) Right, back to the dreams, ha ha. So then we're driving by all these huge sky scrapers because it's a BIG city apparently, and I point to a hotel where I think I went to an anime convention. My husband tells me no, he'll show me when we pass the right hotel. So he does, and there's an old man and an old woman holding these antique guns with the little blades on the end like in the civil war. They're dressed in old country clothing, and look straight out of a time machine. Then for a moment my bff and I get out of the car and go look at a water fountain. Someone says something about how people often look down on the free things they can do in big cities because others make a big deal of the sights you have to pay to see. But even if your poor, you can see some amazing things. The best sights are the free ones that everyone is too snobby to admit they went to see (or to even bother going to see because it makes them feel poor). Or that was the basic gist anyways, I don't remember what was said word for word. I ask my bff is she wants me to get a penny of my bag so we can make wishes, but she just wants to get back in the car because she's scared our husbands have left. At first I don't see the car, but then she points to it and it's a sky blue hatchback. Neither of us have a car like that, in fact she has a blue car and I have a hatchback, so maybe it was a fusion of both. We get back in the car, and after a bit on the road, my husband falls asleep or something and the car is out of control. I end up standing up in the back seat and reaching over the seat and steering. Somehow the pedals got moved to the back of the car too, so I'm able to break and put on the gas. My BFFs husband complains that I'm driving crazy, and I tell him to get over it, It's hard to drive straight in this position! Then I make a lane change and cut across three lanes to make a left hand turn. Then suddenly it turns into a video game and instead of a car, I'm using a gaming controller to control a guy on a snowboard. It actually looks like that game on the N64 when I was a kid, "Snowboard Kids" I need to make five laps to win, but for some reason it skips me to the next course even though I've only done one lap. Then it does it again with the next course, and send me along after one lap instead of 5. This I find very odd, then I wake up.

Dream Three (LUCID! for a second): I'm standing in what looks like a parking lot, and there's a wooden structure to my left that is very crudely built with gaps and stuff. It's just a couple of platforms where you'd climb on one, to climb on the other. In the dream I'm pretty sure I'm playing assassins creed and about to practice the parkour stuff in the game (forgive me, I can't remember what they call it in the actual game, lol) So I run and half run up the wall of the short platform, then pull myself up onto. I stop and think for a moment, wow that was really easy! It shouldn't be that easy for me to climb up here. This is probably a dream. I lift my hand, and I see that I am wearing black fingernail polish like in waking life, and I have the ring on. I count my fingers, and I only have five, but I'm still really sure this is a dream. I wake up before I can nose plug reality check -_-

I almost don't want to count that lucid because it was so short and usually I have a couple lucids, then go three or four weeks until I have a couple more in a week, then go another 3 weeks to a month before I have two more, and so forth and so on. Maybe if I refuse to accept that one, I'll have another one sooner rather than later

      Hi, Mydera!
Seems you've succeeded to achieve a great recall. Yeah, and I was missing reading your entries.
Gah, I don't have anything special to comment on your dreams, only that the first one sounds as if you're revisiting a notion/model/pattern, instilled in the past, may be in your childhood, which is proving now to be wrong and limiting in your waking life. Or it's just telling that you have to follow your own path? As it was hinted in the second dream...? These large buildings might represent "blocks". I like that image in the end of the dream with you walking towards the sun, and the field where it's sunny. Sounds as if you have described a pure image of self-liberation!
Lol, I really enjoyed reading your dreams.

HEY Sinoblak! It's nice to hear from you, it's been forever! Thanks for the insight. I'm not really sure what that pattern might be, but I'll keep my eyes open and try to figure it out The whole "follow your own path" thing reminds me of a conversation I was having with my bff the other day! Sometimes it amazes me what other people can see in my dreams and I have absolutely no clue it's in them!
