Mydera

Dream One- My boyfriend and I are living in a REALLY BIG house. He wants to go out shopping or something, so we get in my car and start down the long dirt driveway of this mansion. I notice the sky is cloudy and worry that it will rain and my car will get stuck in the mud. I tell my boyfriend maybe we should go back, but he isn't concerned. we almost reach the end of the driveway (it's a long drive way, like twists and turns through woods and between two fields kind of long) and it starts to rain super heavy. Just as we are going around a turn that just happens to be edge by a creek, the car starts slipping in the mud and almost goes over the bank and into the creek. My boyfriend gets out of the car and pushes it back on the bank before it can land in the creek, then gets back in and tells me to drive home after all. When we get home we go inside to watch a movie. We are just settling down on the sofa when we hear a ruckus outside. I open the front door and see a bunch of kids from ages 11-15 trying to stomp on what looks like a grey kitten in the driveway. I yell at the kids to leave the cat alone and get off my property or I am calling the law! The kids run away down the driveway, and I walk outside to pick up the terrified kitten. I notice it isn't grey, but more of an off white color with grey marking around it's eyes like a Siamese. Then I hear another mewling noise, and find another kitten, this one and orangish brown color, under my boyfriend's jeep. I pick that one up too and carry them inside. My boyfriend is not a cat person, and asks irritably why I brought them in the house. I tell him I couldn't leave them out there to get killed by those kids or rained on by the approaching storm and he concedes, though he does tell me sternly I can't keep them. We both sit back down on the sofa, and he takes the white and grey kitten from me (it seems bigger, and older than the other kitten) and I keep holding the brownish orange one. I take a few picture of the one I am holding with my phone, and I notice it goes from being fuzzy to being hairless and then goes back to being fuzzy again. I think this odd, but then forget about it as it is time for my boyfriend to go to work. We get in the jeep and drive to work. i remember that I left my car stuck in the mud (even though I didn't) and start walking back home to get my car.

Dream Two- We are in a nearby small town that I lived in as a toddler. There's a parade of kids in costumes walking down the road towards my boyfriend and I. I suggest we go into a nearby house that I know the occupants of with our dogs because our dogs get very excited very easily and would jump all over the kids wanting to be petted. I also notice that one of the kids is dressed like a Gundam, and we talk about the Gundam costume on the way into the little house. My boyfriend disappears when we go through the door and it's just me trying to hold back the two dogs who are very excited to see my Mom, Grandma, and the family friends who live there. My grandma tells me that the family friends (who really aren't anyone I know in real life) are working and I need to help them out if I am going to hang out in their house. I tell her I can't because the dogs are about to pull me down and can't just let them run wild. My mom says she might help them, but then calls her second ex husband to ask him if he wants any fruit. I find this question really odd so I walk into the kitchen and see a sign on their wall that says, "Full House Fruits" the dogs disappear, and I remember that I still need to go back and get my car from the mud!

Dream Three- (? may be a continuation of dream two that I forgot the transitional phase to?) I am pulling up to the Full House Fruits shop in my car. I walk in and notice no one is inside. I keep walking and make my way out the back door where I find that they are having a backyard art gallery/yard sale. I look at the books and DVDs they are selling. I notice one book that is called "Seventeen" and stars Mary Kate and Ashley. I find this really odd because I didn't realize they starred in books. I consider getting it just because it's strange, but keep looking instead. Next I find a book with an anime style cover and a German title. At first I think it's Sword Art Online, but then I realize the characters are carrying bows and quivers instead of swords. I open it up to flip through it, and it looks like a child's early reader book where certain words and characters are replaced by pictures. I pull that one out to buy, then wake up.

Dream Four- My son, boyfriend, and I are all three staring at a picture of an old timey car that's been stretched out to have extra rows of seats. There are two people in each row of seats and their faces look like they were drawn in the era of pin up girls. Behind the car in the picture is a big office style building, and that building is balancing by a single corner on top of a paper air plane. My boyfriend makes the statement that the whole picture reminds him of work, and my son asks him how. He explains how the people in the backseat are all super happy and just enjoying the ride remind him of the big wigs who don't really have to do much but enjoy the profits. The people in the middle two rows seem less happy the closer you get to the front and seem to have cell phones and laptops and tablets in front of them to do the easy paper work. Then, the two people in the front seat are driving and figuring out the route with a map and clearly distressed because they have to do all the work as well as figure out how to make things exactly how the higher ups want them even when they don't make sense. Then he points to the building on the paper airplane and explains that it represents how the whole company is really just floating on the backs of the customers and could go under at any time if the customers decided they didn't want to buy the furniture anymore. My son asks if we wanted to be the hard workers when we started working there, or if we got stuck doing it because no one else wanted to. My boyfriend tells him everyone starts work with the dreams of climbing the ladder all the way to the top to own the company and be making millions, but unfortunately very few ever make it that high up. Most people, like us, we stuck being the ones who do the work while the higher ups enjoy all the fruits of the labor. In the dream I think this is such a deep metaphor and just can't believe he got all that from such a weird picture!
