I think I broke my leg somehow. (all I remember at the moment)

I think I broke my leg somehow.
I saw family standing next to a white railing (it had 1 horizontal bar on top, 3-4 vertical white bars, 1 going diagonally downwards as if there were steps) , I think my step dad was leaning on the horizontal bar with his hand (atleast someone was anyway), it was very bright as if it were a really sunny day.
