    Finally back

    Now that I can again get on the forum, I can post a few dreams.

    I've had several short lucid interludes with a couple of, what I term, "Power Dreams" of a shamanic nature. The best just a couple of nights ago. I was in some very old structure and the spirits of several Ancestors were appearing, all looking happy and actually cheerful. I met them and called out to different Northern Gods as I walked through the structure. Then, I opened a door to a very ancient room. It was dark and musty. I called out "Odin, come forth!" A swirling blue shape came out and seemed to become Allfather Odin. I had very good energy from this dream. I was actually quasi-lucid.

    Still listening to my own sleep meditations with my Bluetooth sleepmask. I'm also taking ZMA at bedtime and it seems to have boosted my dreams.

      Very cool. Do you have any background with shamanic practices? I had a couple lucids years ago with a "spirit lodge" type feel, but never really delved into it. Have a good time back!

      I have nothing formal, just a near lifelong interest and personal experiences. My shamanic interests lie in North European spirituality and deities. I have some Native American ancestry, too, and I have had contact with the old Grandfathers, but I don't "play Indian" and mainly focus on the Gods and Goddesses of North Europe.
