    Almost seamless dream entry...

I was laying in bed and I couldn’t fall asleep. Then finally I got relaxed and I felt I guess what is known as the roll over signal. I decided to roll over and see if I'd enter SP fast. So I began to enter sleep paralysis. I felt tons of vibrations and it felt like I was falling. It feels good so I just let my self go with it. But I did not ant a WILD or an OBE. It was dark in my room and I get freaked out sometimes so I move force myself out of the vibration state by moving again. Now I'm in my room thinking ah that was fun. At this point I am in a dream but I don’t realize. I remain in bed in the same position and I am still trying to sleep. I notice something weird though. Every time I close my eyes, no matter which direction I was facing, when I open them again, I see my room as if I was laying on my back looking forward. I don’t think much of this. I just figure that I am really close to falling asleep and when I close my eyes I am seeing developing dream scenes of my room. I continue to just lay there for a looong time. I am starting to get a bit suspicious though. I decide to get some water. I turn to the lamp next to me and try to turn it on. It wont work…. The knob that I turn to switch lights on even broke into my hand. I now know I am dreaming. I am a bit scarred since my room is really dark. Once my fears begin to grow I see a figure in the corner. I close my eyes. I put my fears aside for a moment and decide it would be cool to look at my phone. I feel around for it on my bedside table and find it. I press a few buttons and observe. The screen displays a bunch of random figures and scribbles. I toss the useless phone over the bed. It does not make the sound it should when it hit the ground. Now I think about how I am in bed wake, yet my physical body is in the same bed asleep. My fears begin to grow again and I’m worried I’ll start seeing things I don’t want to see because of my stupid fear.. I lay in bed and wonder how long this will last. I try waking myself up for a while. Until finally, one attempt succeeded.

      Congrats on the WILD!

You should get into the habit of reality checking after every time you perform a WILD, even if you think you've failed, in case this happens.

It's a shame you got scared, I get the same, for some reason I feel quite vulnerable if I have a false awakening and I have low control, I find the easiest thing is to just jump straight of my bedroom window (no gravity to hurt you!) and it's usually daylight outside.

Yeah I occasionally have dreams where I go through the vibrations and SP transitions, but they are really uncomfortable and scary, for no reason at all. Which is a shame, because here we are in a lucid state, and have every opportunity to turn things around to our favor.
