Four wee pieces - very bad recall, they came back to me over a couple hours.
Regards the first , I am a birdwatcher in real life, so often get these kinds of dreams!

1) Funny wee bird in the garden, brown wings and dark purple head - I studied it for a moment and said to myself - 'Yep, that's a Willow Warbler' - (which it clearly was not.)

2) again in the garden, I was standing by a huge pile of cuttings from my hedge, my neighbour spoke to me over the wall 'Steven - my son will swap you those cuttings for the last of the paving slabs from our garden!' - I was touched by the offer,but couldn't think what I could do with loads of slabs at that time.

3) Walking past a field with my wife - she pointed to a figure in the field and said 'Jings, hes standing really still' - it was clearly a scarecrow.

4) In my shop, man had just bought a pair of shoes, I was putting them in a carrier bag and the man said 'At least you bag things in this place.'

Pretty dull.

three very wee non lucid fragments from last night

1.) Rang through a sale on the till and a fifty pound note fell out.

2.) Standing in the garden watching a record number of House Sparrows.

3.) Watching the TV and the male narrator saying 'So of course it now looks like the asteroid will be hitting the earth soon.'

Hoping for a guid one the nite!

Two non lucid dreams last night, there were moments in each where I cant believe I never realised I was dreaming!

1 - Climbed up a load of trees to a wee cliff, then found out I couldn't get back down. It was dark but not scary. Noticed two lassies on another wee cliff to the right of me, I called out to them , one got a wee fright but then calmed down. I shouted once for help. Very soon after a ladder appeared in front of me and a lassie in a wedding dress climbed up and stood in front of me (this would have been the point I should have said - erm, this is a dream, aye?) . I looked at the lassie and said to her 'Amanda Murray' (In real life shes a girl I met once in the shop I run, shes a friend on facebook but that's all). She repeated her name, and in an instant we were at her hoose. It wasn't a nice house , bit dirty looking and there was a party going on. I recognised a few people, including one friend from school who said he knew me but couldn't remember my name. My wife was suddenly there. I wasn't drinking, but got handed some spirit in a funny looking plastic device. Me and my wife went to the front room where there was a skinhead sitting down and a couple of big scary dogs.

2 - Standing in a room with a late middle aged couple. Tall man and short dumpy woman with glasses. They pointed to a poster of Scottish wildlife and said - 'Well, we've seen everything except these two' - they pointed to two gaps in the poster where there was nothing but I knew they meant Red & Roe Deer. (The moment this time I should have realised) I said to them ' Well, I could show you them but it might take a full day' (which is true) They replied by saying ' Well if you ever come to stay with us in Canada then we could show you them there' I said 'Do they have Roe deer in Canada?' The woman looked at me like I was stupid then nodded her head.
We then joined a queue for something, no idea what....
