This is my second time meditating while in a lucid dream. Something much unexpected happened! I became invisible! When I felt ‘the vibrations’ happening (while meditating in the lucid dream), I projected myself out of my lucid dream body then I was invisible. I then interacted with dream figures, while invisible, and they were totally confused, yet interested in what was going on. I’ll describe what happened. I was attempting to do a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid dream). I got up in the middle of the night for about 45 minutes, studied lucid dreaming theory (30 minutes), and then looked at pictures of my daughter (15 minutes to incubate the dream). I then went to sleep. I was consciously awake, but my body was asleep. After about 1 hour I started to feel repeating, mild vibrations. I let my consciousness slip right to the edge of being unconscious, and then I leaped out of body and stood beside my bed. I was standing there all tangled in my blanket, and my CPAP mask was still on my face. It was all so real; I figured this must have been a failed attempt at an OBE, so I sat down on my bed. Then, without warning, I was sucked back into my body. Oh no, I blew it again, I was in an OBE and didn’t know it! I fell completely asleep at that point and then ended up in a DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dream) a short time later. I’ll now describe the DILD. In this lucid dream I appeared in my kitchen. My kitchen and dining area were exactly the same as in real life, except one problem, how did I suddenly appear here? I knew something was up, because I couldn't remember how I got there, so this is how I became lucid. I immediately called for my daughter, thanks to the dream incubation I did earlier, and a few seconds later she came running around the corner followed by my son. There were both about 3 years in age. I scooped up my daughter and gave her a huge hug and told her that I loved her. She smiled ear to ear, and then vanished. My dream started to fade, so I decide to side down in the dining area and meditate to see if this would help maintain lucidity. Here’s what happened next. While lucid, I sat in the ‘classic lotus’ position on the floor, with my hands on top of my knees, and thumbs touching my middle fingers. Eyes closed. Within seconds I could feel my body slightly floating, and then this was followed by repeating, mild vibrations throughout my body. Please note, this happens all extremely fast while lucid. I then leaped up out of my lucid dream body and stood there looking down at me sitting in the ‘lotus position’. I looked like me, but just much younger. Hey, looking good! My sister then walked into the kitchen and saw me on the floor in ‘lotus position’, and then she continued into the kitchen and stood beside the island counter. I walked up to her, and asked how she was doing? She looked totally confused, and then she walked right into me, and stopped. I gave her a hug and told her I loved her. When I hugged her I realized I had no arms! They were invisible! I looked down at my body and realized that I was totally invisible! My sister started to freak out! I calmed her down by explaining how I became invisible. She seemed to understand, but had a look of disbelief. I picked up an empty milk jug off the counter and passed it to her while I was laughing. It looked like the milk jug was floating magically in the air. My sister then called for our mom, and my two other sisters to come and see what was going on. They were all confused by this, but seemed very interested in what was going on. I kept passing them stuff off the counter to hold. My oldest sister didn’t want to grab onto the measuring cup I was trying to give her, and she retracted her arms, shrugged her shoulders, and then moved back. My mom went and took a closer look at me sitting in ‘lotus position’ on the floor. The dream came to an abrupt end, without any warning, and I woke up. I wonder what would have happened if I sat down and meditated in my invisible form, and then projected myself once again (double projection)? What’s beyond being invisible? Hmmmm, gotta try that next time!

There was two of me in the same dream. Yes, two of me! One of ‘me’ was lucid, and the other ‘me’ was just dreaming. The lucid ‘me’, seems to be a memory of the dream, which instantly appeared in my mind when I woke immediately after the dream; whereas the part of me that was dreaming, was basically a fragmented, foggy dream. I can tell the lucid ‘me’ was a memory, because I did not have any recollection of the adrenaline rush, uplifting feeling, you get when you realize you’re lucid. It’s like this experience was just dropped into my head. My body felt like it was lightly floating, and moving in my bed, when this memory came to be. Let me know if you have experienced something like this too (above)! I’ll describe the dream from the ‘lucid me’ perspective. I was sitting in my parent’s living room perfectly lucid (not sure why I was lucid?). I saw ‘me’ walk in the backdoor and head down the hallway. I met myself once before in lucid dream, and I really wanted to have a conversation with myself, so I jump up and ran after ‘me’. My mom stopped ‘lucid me’ and said, “Do you really want to do this? Some people don’t handle this well.” I replied, “I can handle it, where did I go?” As I searched through the house for ‘me’, I came across my sisters, wife, and my oldest nephew. He smiled and said, “Hi!” The other me wasn’t anywhere to found downstairs, so I headed upstairs. The first bedroom I checked was my dad’s. My dear dad was lying in his bed, and there was this young, beautiful girl, sitting on the edge of his bed near the window. I did not recognize her. She had long, brown hair, blue eyes, thin featured, and was very pretty. I walked up to her, and we stood face to face smiling. I happily said to her in a playful voice, “Oh, who is this cute little girl?” She then replied, “I can’t tell you how many times you’ve said that to me as I was growing up!” She was smiling and giggling. She sounded exactly the same as my daughter! I got so excited, I woke up! ( I wanted to hug her)
Here’s another lucid dream (or OBE) from Aug 12, 2014. No LD last night, so I’ll add a memorable one from my dream journal. I was lying in bed patiently waiting for the next dream to start. My mind was conscious, yet my body was asleep. I could feel violent vibrations originating in my torso and extending out to my limbs. These were coming in waves. I knew something was about to happen! Suddenly, somebody crawled into bed with me. It was my wife! I was a bit disappointed that she woke me up because I was just having ‘the vibrations’. I was sleeping in the guest room that night, because my CPAP machine was driving my wife nuts. CPAP, great for sleep, hard on romance. She didn’t say anything to me, we just snuggled for a bit, and then she moved over to the other bed. Little did I know this was a false awakening? To my surprise, my dear daughter then crawled into bed beside me! Seeing my daughter made me instantly lucid. We snuggled for a bit, and then I told her that mom’s in the other bed, can you see her? She looked at the other bed, and said, “No.” I then looked, and sure enough, my wife wasn’t there. I then tickled my daughter’s stomach, and said nonsense words, like I use to say when she was a baby. My daughter laughed and giggled. She then jumped out of bed, and asked that I follow her. Standing at the end of my bed, she reached up to grab something, and then passed me a gold fishing hook, with a golden spring around shank. This is a very unique hook. I looked at it, and it was the exact same as a hook I found a week earlier, stuck in my cabin’s front door! I was shocked by this! My daughter then asked me to come explore with her, and she opened my bedroom door and ran out. I was about to leave, and follow, but I could hear my CPAP mask leaking air on my face. I turned around and saw my body lying on the bed, asleep. I walked up to my body and adjusted the mask, so the leak would stop hissing. This worked! I turned around and ran for the door to follow my daughter. I got too excited, and then I woke up consciously from the LD, but my body was still asleep. I stayed perfectly still and focussed on returning to my room, so I could go and explore with my daughter. This worked, but I was no longer lucid! I was lying in bed again, and then a black cat jumped up on my bed beside me. I petted the cat’s back and then its stomach. Btw, black cats are my dream sign, but I didn’t clue into the fact that I was dreaming. Darn, I should have done a reality check. I went to my cabin, the weekend following this dream, and found that hook, and it now hangs in my bedroom shelf. Also, as an additional synchronicity, I was visiting a physic medium a week or two later, in an effort to connect with my daughter. The medium described this dream to me with some detail; without any input from me whatsoever, and she said my daughter wants me know this was an OBE, not a lucid dream, and she wanted me to follow her out of the bedroom. Well, who am I to argue with that, and why would I? I did manage to follow her, a few months later, in lucid dream titled, ‘A Little Noodles Please’.
I’m on a bit of dry spell right now, so I’ll describe this lucid dream from July 27, 2014. In this dream, seeing my ‘Dream Guide’ actually made me lucid. Btw, this dream figure hasn’t been around much lately. My dream guides now seem to be mostly family and close friends. After I became lucid, I decided to show my wife how I could levitate a pencil while lucid. I think this was the first time I actually levitated something in my 40 plus years of LD’s. I had recently read about this LD skill, and decided to give it a go. You know, up until recently, I had little knowledge about what was actually possible during a LD (thanks mostly to Dreamviews). Any who, my wife wasn’t very impressed with my new LD skill. My Dream Guide stood there intently watching. I then asked my wife to lie down on the coffee table, and she did. I levitated her 1 foot off the table, and then she wouldn’t go any higher. She still wasn’t impressed, and then I tried even harder. She floated almost to the ceiling! A vertical glass tube, about 2 ½ feet in diameter, and 7 foot tall, appeared to the left of me. How or why, I had no idea. I then instant transported my wife from levitating to standing upright inside the glass tube. Yup, you guessed it; she still wasn’t impressed (even though I was). I was aware of the ‘instant transport’ technique, because I can do that to myself while lucid, but I’ve never tried it, up until this point, to somebody else. I just think, “I’m there!”, and then I instantly transport from point A to point B. Next, I decided to levitate my wife out of the glass tube, but there wasn’t enough clearance between the ceiling and the top of the glass tube, so I asked my Dream Guide to tilt the glass tube over, and he did. I then floated my wife out of the tube and placed her gently, feet down, on the floor. At this point I forgot I was dreaming, and continued on with the adventure in a non-lucid state.

Flying helps me to stabilize lucidity. I don’t think this is the norm, from what I read, but it seems to work for me. In this dream, I was walking in mine tunnel. There was ash floating in the air. I couldn’t figure out what it was from, so I asked a dream figure if they just blasted, and he looked at me in a confused way and said, “No.” The mine looked like a test or research facility, because there were labs built into the sides of the mine tunnel. The floor was paved. I then came to multi-level garage, built into a large cavern, with mezzanine floors, metal steps, and large cavernous areas. There was machining equipment, tools, and rigging everywhere. For no reason at all I became lucid. I was being followed. The lucid dream view suddenly faded, so I stopped, and focussed on the dream. Then the dream view came back, but it was very blurry. I ran full speed to the edge of the mezzanine rail and then leaped into the air ‘superman style’. The lucidity then came back crystal clear. I flew up slightly upwards into a large open area of the cavern, then circled around back over top of the mezzanine walkway, flying carefully, so as not to hit the riggings and equipment. I flew past two people that were following me. I recognized them, but I can’t remember who they were. They were walking along, talking to each other, and watching me fly. I flew past them and said, “Look, I’m flying!” Don’t ask me why I said that? It seems I return to my childish state every time I fly. I have to admit, I never get bored of doing that! Seconds after I flew past them, I got sucked back down into the mezzanine by some strange force, and then I woke up. I have two objectives right now; the first is to say, “Happy Birthday!” to my mother inlaw, and the second, is to visit Dawn’s castle. Neither of which crossed my mind. Oh well, I’ll try again tonight, and not fly around saying, “Look at me!”
First off, before I describe the lucid dream, I had no idea what ‘epiphany’ meant (though I did remember hearing it before). This word is not in my vocabulary. I immediately Google ‘epiphany’ upon waking and this was what I found: Epiphany: Ancient Greek word. Enlightening realization allows a situation to be understood from a new and deeper perspective. As part of my lucid dreaming regime I always drink one or two glasses of water before I go to bed, so that I have to wake during the night (yes the P word). I use the ‘Wake Back to Bed’ method so I can be consciously aware during my REM cycle as my body sleeps. This need to pee entered into a dream prior to my waking. I was at a ‘fancy pants’ hotel standing the conference room lobby area with a bunch of people. I had to go real bad, so I found the closest washroom. This was a private washroom, with a lock mechanism ¾’s of the way up the door. I locked the door. The bathroom had a large window facing the sidewalk, and a skylight facing the multi-storey brown brick hotel. It was very high-end, and very clean. There was a toilet and sink. I found it really weird that there were large windows in a washroom. My first thought was that the windows were mirrored, so people couldn’t see in. Any which way, I wasn’t taking a chance, so I decided to sit on the toilet instead of standing. Have you ever tried to pee during a dream? Well, you can’t (most of the time). All of a sudden, I hear a man asking me a question. Holy crap, there’s a man sitting to the right of me, on another toilet! He had brown hair, brown eyes, and was wearing what looked like a Star Trek uniform. I said to him in a stern voice, “How did you get in here, I locked the door!” He jumped to his feet (I’m glad his pants weren’t down), he apologized, and then he walked towards the door to leave. I looked at the door, and realized the lock mechanism was gone for some reason. Well, this kind of stuff only happens in dreams. I instantly became lucid, and the clarity was perfect. DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dream). Actually the dream clarity was perfect, even before I became lucid. I then said to dream figure, “Wait, stay! I’m aware!” He stopped and looked at me slightly surprised. He turned again to leave, and in a pleading voice I said, “No, wait, please stay, I’m aware! I want to talk to you!” He turned around and faced me, and his eyes momentarily went dark, and then they returned to brown. I was careful not to say I’m dreaming, or lucid, because that seems to mess with dream figures. He then sat on the toilet with his right leg over his left. His right elbow was on his right knee, and his right hand was up by his chin. He had this perplexed look, and then he said, “Interesting, an epiphany!” Then he asked me if I knew what epiphany meant, and I replied, "No, but I can look that up." I instantly woke, Googled ‘Epiphany’, and then recorded the experience in my dream journal. I didn’t want to wait until the morning to do this, because I would have forgotten 'epiphany' by then, since I never use it.

I was in room, and realized I was lucid. I have no idea why I knew, I just knew. The clarity was decent. There was window, hinged at the top, and partially open at the bottom. There were old, wrecked, brick buildings outside, partially destroyed. Bricks were lying in piles, and the ground was uneven. It looked like a destroyed WW2 European town. The dream appeared black and white. This was odd because I usually dream in color. I ran, and did the superman leap, in an attempt to fly out the window’s opening. It didn’t work out too well. I hit the window and fell about 15 feet and did a faceplant. I momentarily questioned my lucidity. Maybe I wasn’t dreaming? Wait, I don’t feel any pain, I must be dreaming. I stood up and saw a girl off in the distance, running. I decide to go and take a closer look. Then I seemed not to have a body at all (hard to describe). I zoomed up to her, and she then turned into a rusty steel pipe, about 1 foot long. She flew off as a pipe, and I followed close behind, bodiless. She landed in a pile of old, rusty, old pipes, and then my body came back. I kept a close eye on which pipe she was in the pile of old, rusty pipes. I went to grab the pipe (her), but the pipe quickly shot up into the air, and became a very large, rusty pipe floating vertically right in front of me. It was about 5 feet long and 18 inches in diameter. I got a little scared at this point. Was I going to get a pipe beating? I woke up because I got scared. I should have gone and hugged that big, old, rusty pipe. That usually works for me when I see something scary in a dream. Yes, this only works in dreams.

I had a semi-lucid dream about flying in a hot air balloon, and woke up after the dream had ended. It was around 4 Am and I decided to do a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream). My body was asleep, yet my mind was conscious, waiting for the dream to start. As I was lying in bed, I could feel my dream body floating slightly in my bed. It was kind of like hovering in and about where my body should have been, but it was not connected too well. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, I felt somebody pulling on my calf! I opened my dream eyes, and quickly looked down to see who was pulling on my calf, and I saw my daughter standing there! She was glowing faintly white, and was wearing light blue clothes. She quickly ran into the closet and hid. I jumped out of bed, leaving my body behind, and ran to the closet and reached in. I could feel arms everywhere. There were a couple of (or maybe three) dream figures in there! I heard some giggling and laughing. I realized I was only wearing my gitch. I thought I needed to get some clothes on quickly, so as not be half naked in front of these wonderful dream figures, and then I was suddenly wearing my housecoat. It just magically appeared. My daughter jumped out of the closet, and we walked out of my bedroom. I told my daughter, I love her and I miss her, and she said, “I know.” We both started to cry. We walked down the hallway, and then we headed down the stairs. To my surprise there was a fancy restaurant where the foyer should have been. The restaurant had scattered groups of people, sitting around and chatting. It was split into two areas by a stand-up bar, the lounge area, and the dinner area. The walls were covered with satin brown panelling, and floor was white ceramic tile. It was like a shrimp and steak house! I asked my daughter to hold my hand so I could stay focussed, and not lose my lucidity. She did, and we walked past the lounge area into the restaurant. We then turned around and headed back to the lounge area. I asked her about lucid dreaming, what it meant, and she turned her back to me and didn’t want to discuss it. Fair enough, so we walked back over to the lounge area. I thought maybe we could grab a couple of drinks and some food, then sit down and have a conversation. I asked the lady at the counter for a coffee and Baileys. As I was waiting, I started to sing, “You know an OBE, yeah you know me, you know an OBE, yeah you know me.” I sang this to remind me that I was dreaming, so I wouldn’t forget, and slip into a mindless state. The lady at the counter was taking soooo long. I was wasting valuable lucid dream time waiting for coffee. Never again will that happen! The table of people beside me noticed my OBE song. One dream figure said, “What did he say?”, and the other replied, “I think he said OBE?” Then they started to whisper back and forth. I looked at my daughter who was now sitting with 3 of her friends at a table, and they kept turning their heads to look at me. My niece came walking by and was making a commotion. I asked the lady at the counter again for a coffee, and she put a bag of chocolates in front of my face and said, “Here!” I thought, oh whatever, I’ll take the chocolates. I looked down and reached into my pocket to find some money to pay her. Holy smokes, I was no longer in my housecoat. I was now wearing yellow shorts and a T-shirt. How did that happen? I fumbled through my pockets to try and find some money, but there was none. As I reached to grab the bag of chocolates a toonie fell from my wrist, hit the floor, and then rolled against the counter. The restaurant went silent. I turned and asked my daughter to come over and here so we can order her some food. She quickly came over, and I asked her what she would like. She said, “A little noodles please.” She had her head down, and she looked like something had gone wrong. I thought oh crap, so much for blending in and being inconspicuous. My daughter looked up, and past me, like there was somebody standing behind me, and then I instantly woke from the dream.
DILD – Dream Induced Lucid Dream. In this dream I saw my mom walking towards me in smoky colored hallway. She was twice my height! This was so odd that I instantly became lucid. She looked right at me and said the name of my childhood friend. I said, “Mom, it’s me (not my friend)!” She then apologized and said that’s how she perceived me, when she saw me, in the dream. My mom then shrunk to normal size and looked like somebody else! I then tried to explain to mom that she now looked like somebody else, and that I now perceived her as somebody different. This woman looked at me totally confused, and then walked away. Anyway, if that sounded confusing, it certainly was. A very pretty young woman, in her twenties, then walked past me. She had a ‘bob cut’, with bleach blonde hair, and dark eyebrows. I said, “How are you?” Then she turned left to face me, with her back to the smoke colored wall. She had the most brilliant yellow greenish eyes, full of life. I didn’t want to ‘let on’ that I was lucid, and I just wanted to interact with the dream figure. She smiled back at me and said, “Good, how are you?” I casually replied, “Good, what are you up to?” She said, “I’m going to have supper in the restaurant.” I had no idea where we were, so I asked, “Where are we?” She looked at me totally shocked and said, “What?” I asked her again, and she laughingly said, “Saint Pass!” I said “Saint Pass?” She said, “Yes, Saint Pass, South France.” I figured great, now that I have a location, I have to ask her what the restaurant is called. She replied, “I don’t know?” I said lets go outside and take a look. We headed for the door, and then I woke. As she walked in front of me, she was kind of dancing along. I couldn’t get back into the dream. So, is Saint Pass, South France, a real place? I looked on google maps and couldn’t find it. My French sucks, so maybe I heard, or interpreted the name slightly wrong. I did immediately journal the dream upon waking, so I’m sure it’s fairly accurate. Is there somebody who speaks Francois here?

This was very cool! I’m excited! I often meditate (waking world), but I decided to give it a try last night during a lucid dream. It was very cool, and I can’t wait to try it again. Here’s what happened. I entered a dream lucid using WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream). It was one of many attempts last night that just ended up being a dark and poor clarity LD (Lucid Dream). I decided to do something different in order to improve clarity, and that was meditation. As I mentioned, this is the first time I’ve tried this during a dream. I was in a dimly lit kitchen, near the inside corner of a countertop. I slide down the cupboards with my back to the corner, and then I sat on the ground in the classic ‘praying lotus position.’ When I meditate, I usually do this lying down, and I have no idea why I went into the praying lotus position. Here’s where things started to go indescribable. I quickly went from tensed to relaxed state, calming my mind, literally within seconds (unusually takes me 10 to 15 mins), then I went into the hypnogogic state, again seconds later, where I was seeing flashings of brilliant green light patterns, electricity/lightening, and flashes. Then I could feel myself falling, and slowly spiralling counter clockwise. Suddenly, my entire tarsal started to vibrate violently radiating out to my limbs. I was thinking, this is very similar to what happens at night between dreams, except I’m falling and spiralling at the same time, all while in the praying lotus position! It was all I could do to stay calm. The vibrations stopped, and I found myself back in my bed, lying on my left side, exactly where I had gone to sleep. One problem, my legs and arms were still in praying lotus position. I know this wasn’t possible while lying on my side. My dream arms and legs weren’t in my body! Paramedics! I stayed in praying lotus position for about 5 minutes while trying to convince myself to stand up into an OBE. No luck. I then decided to wiggle my hands and feet and see what would happen. My arms and legs then moved automatically back in alignment with my body in lying position. I opened my eyes and did a reality check to see if I was still dreaming. Nope, I was now awake. I’m going to try this again very soon.
Last night’s dreams were perfect! I was just hanging out with family and friends at some of my favorite spots, and having a good ole time. None of these dreams were lucid except the false awakening just before my alarm went off. I’ll describe this memorable LD (DILD – Dream Induced Lucid Dream). I was lying in bed asleep when my wife came and woke me up (in the dream - false awakening). She sat on the bed beside me, to the right. It was morning, because I could see the sunlight around the curtains, and through the bedroom door. There was another woman standing at the foot of my bed doing something by the TV stand. I thought maybe she was one of my wife’s friends. I told her I must look like a weirdo with my CPAP on. She said, “Oh, I didn’t even notice, my husband wears one too.” It was little embarrassing. The woman then walked out of the room, and then my two kids appeared on the bed. My beautiful daughter was lying to the left of me, and my son was sitting beside my feet. I looked at my daughter and said, “Daughter is that you?” She replied, “Hi dad, yeah it’s me!” I became instantly Lucid. I told her I loved her, and she told me she loves me too. I then snuggle her right in close with my right arm (lying on left side). She then said, “You make me feel so loved and _?_?_?” I said, “Daughter you’re whispering, I can’t hear you. What do you say?” I continued to snuggle her, then she said the same thing, but I still couldn’t hear what she said at the end of her sentence because she was whispering. Her whisper became quieter as she got further down the sentence. Her voice was very sincere and loving. I then woke from the dream because my alarm went off. What a perfect way to start the day!
Good morning, I just woke up, got my Timmies, and now listening to Krokus, preparing to dream journal. Yeah, I’m a Krokus fan, I’ve got all 13 of their best albums off iTunes! Yup, I even got my leopard skin spandex on (Joking!) Anyway, I’ve often heard about people talking to the dream itself. This was my attempt last night to communicate with the consciousness, if there is such a thing, behind the dream. It’s all part of my quest for no violence or bad behavior while lucid. I was involved in another ½ hour long lucid dream where I was on a huge space station, probably because I’m all 'wrapped up' in the ‘The 100’ series on Netflix. I did drop out of the lucid dream momentarily about 3 or 4 times, but I just stayed still and calm, and focussed on the dream, and then I immediately went right back in where I left off. Okay, back to what I’m trying to describe. There are these 3 dream figures standing there in a room, and they all know I’m lucid, because they were just watching me practice forward, and backward summersault flying tricks. I talked to them momentarily about the fact that I was Lucid, and I was probing them for information about what this lucid dream world is really about. Actually, I’m pretty sure I already know, but it’s my own theory based off my observations and experiences. They were very interested in me querying them, but they were unable to give me any details, but it was obvious they knew. I then turned, and put my back to them, and stared at the space station wall and said, “Consciousness behind the dream, please tell me why there’s violence and bad behavior in my dreams.” I waited, a second, and there was no reply. I could hear the 3 guys behind me giggling. I turned around to face them, and they spun their backs to me, and they started to giggle even louder. I said to them, “Hey, wait a minute, there is a consciousness behind the dream, and I’ve heard its voice before.” They looked a little more serious, and then faced me again. I think they did this because they were a little scared of me, and it was not so much an understanding. I put my backs to them and addressed the dream itself again, “Consciousness behind the dream, why is there violence and bad behavior in my dreams? I do not want that.” Well the three dream figures behind me started to laugh again. I turned and faced them. I told them, “You guys have me at a bit of disadvantage here, please do tell?” They looked at each other and one fellow said, “Let’s send a space probe down to Earth, and examine this guy a little further.” I then retorted, “What, you’re going to give me anal space probe?” He didn’t like that comment too much, and said, “We’re going shut off you lucid dreaming abilities.” I blasted back at him, “I’m too smart for that to work, and you’ve tried before, and it didn’t work!” He got angry at that point, and his facial features faded to almost nothing (no nose or lips), and his eyes turned black. He looked at the other guys, and said, “Give him a pill.” I then created a jar of strawberry hard candies in my hand, held it up to him, and then I popped a couple in my mouth, and said, “Ohhhh, I love pills!” They were not at all impressed. They then turned and walked away, and stupid me, I followed! They led to a room with three wrinkly, dark skinned, 7 foot tall, alien type beings. I haven’t seen anything like it before, but I was not scared, just fascinated. All of sudden, the lights go out, and one of these giant aliens grab me, and stuffs what feels like a baby octopus in my mouth. It was latched onto my tongue, and trying to go down my throat. I grabbed onto the little bastard with my right hand and pulled for all I was worth. I thought my tongue was going to rip out of my mouth. The creature finally let go, and I threw it on the ground and immediately woke myself up. Thinking back on the dream, I seem to be the problem, not the dream figures. The dream answered my question about bad behavior. I have some personal problems that I need to work through in order to improve my lucid experience. Here are a couple of highlights from the same lucid dream: 1) I was in the space station storage area for pets. There were all these beautiful dogs, and one cat (my dream sign). I was kneeling on the ground petting them all. There had to be at least 25 dogs. I was buried up to my neck in jumping, licking dogs. Tails all wagging. It was real fun. 2) I called for my daughter to join me. She went running past me full speed, down a space station corridor with two friends, and I chased after them, but they were too fast for me to catch. That was odd, because I have unlimited speed when lucid. 3) I found an empty space station utility room, and went inside and closed the door, to get away from the crowd, so I could maybe meet with my daughter in peace. The door opened and my boss from work walked in. He was smiling, and I grabbed him by his arms and lifted him up onto a counter. He looked shocked that I would do such a thing. I felt I was being somehow tricked; perhaps I was a bit paranoid. I apologized and said, “Let’s have a beer!” He said, “Sure!” and he pulled two beers out of his suit jacket. The beer tasted so damn good! We got half way through the beers, while having a good chat, and then the door opened and a stranger walked in. My boss went invisible, but his beer didn’t, and his beer was moving around the room. It looked like it was floating. I said, “I can still see your beer.” Then his beer vanished. Well, invisible dream figures? That’s new. 4) There was a small, control office building at the space craft docking bay. I was practicing jumping from the ground onto the roof, and then forward summersaulting back to the ground. During the first few tries I was face planting, or landing on my butt, but I finally got it right! 5) As I mentioned earlier, I did momentarily wake a few times during this ½ hour long, lucid dream, and during one momentary waking, I heard my daughter scream at me for some reason. It was like she wanted me back in the dream, or she was giving me crap for my bad behavior, so I quickly went back into the space station, lucid dream, and tried again!

Dream Induced Lucid Dream (DILD). This dream had castles in it, and was influenced by Dawneye11’s castle dreams. Last night I was having troubles entering my dreams lucid, so I gave up after about 3 hours of effort, and I decided to just let my consciousness become unconscious and see what happens. In this dream, I was at a cremation standing outside watching the ashes come out of the smoke stack. The wind kept changing directions, so these gray fluffy ashes kept falling on us, and my family and I had to keep moving to avoid being covered in ash. We ran way out into a field, but the ash kept falling on us, and I knew then this must be dream. Like I mentioned in the intro, I was having an off night, and my lucid dreams kept fading on me as soon as I entered the dream. Must have been that shot of JD I had last night. My lucid dream quest has been to blend in, be inconspicuous, and interact with the dream figures. I had no choice here, but to fly, in order to maintain my lucidity. So I did the classic superman jump, and off I went. I jumped right off a cliff that dropped down several hundred feet, and began flying over an azure ocean. Off in the distance I saw a castle on an island, and as I drew near, there was with a woman in a red dress, standing outside the castle on a stone landing, watching me fly by. I thought about stopping to chat with her, but I was concerned about the dream fading, so I continued on. I came upon an ocean size waterfall, where the ocean dropped another 100 feet in elevation. When I crested the massive water fall, the lucid dream then became ultra-real and vivid. I started to think about Dawneye11's castle dreams, and thought it would be cool to have castles everywhere, and then suddenly castles of all sorts of architecture, color, and size started to appear along the shoreline and on islands, dozens of them! It was like something out of a story book! It was very beautiful. Next thing I knew I crashed into the ocean, because I was too busy looking at all these castles, so I continued flying underwater past all these see creatures, fish, and coral, until I was stopped by the shoreline. I stood up and walked out of the ocean, only to find lizards everywhere, lying on the rocky shoreline. I really don’t like lizards at all. In an effort to prevent this lucid dream from going nightmarish, I picked up a little lizard and started to rub its back. It felt just like the real thing, right down to its claws gripping into the skin of my hand and forearm. I was expecting this lizard to turn into a beautiful woman, but it didn’t. Whilst holding the lizard, I raised my head up to see the King Lizard sitting there watching us. Again, exactly what I didn’t want or expect. I put the little lizard down, and carefully walked around the scattered little lizards and came face to face the Lizard King, who was sitting upright, on his stone throne. He then rose, moved towards me, and we became nose to nose. I kept my cool. I asked him his name, and he said told me, but I couldn’t hear him very well because it sounded distorted. I asked him again, and he said, “Frank”. I told him my name, and I asked how he’s doing? He didn’t reply, so I asked him again, and he still didn’t reply. Suddenly my daughter appears to the right of me, and I put my arm around her waist. Then my son appears to the left of the Lizard King. Another large Servant lizard walks up and stands beside my son. The Lizard King then said to me, “These kids seem familiar to you?” I didn’t want to let on that these were my kids, so started up some light conversation, but accidently said my son’s name. The Servant lizard then shot its long lizard tongue right out and into my son’s mouth. Frank the Lizard King, did nothing to discipline the Servant. My first thought was, “It’s time for lizard soup!”, but I calmed myself down and simply grabbed the Servant, and held in my arms, belly up, and immobilized. I was racing to think, how the heck do I get out of this situation without using any sort of violence? I looked at my daughter, and then I woke up because of my emotions got the better part of me. I should have used the ‘Freeze Command’, to give me more time to reason this through. These dream figures are certainly teaching me how to deal with conflict. 99 % of my dream figures are marvellous, but there’s always thorn in the bush, just like the waking world.

Wake Induced Lucid Dream (WILD). I was lying in bed asleep, yet conscious, waiting for my dream to start. My body was completely asleep, but my mind was alert. Then I could hear somebody sawing something with a hand saw. Who could possibly be sawing wood at this time of night? Maybe somebody is breaking into my house with a saw! They must be stopped! I rolled out of bed, left my room, and headed off down the hallway to the stairs. Suddenly, I’m back in bed again. I can still hear the sawing! I rolled out of bed again, left my room, and this time I found my wife in the hallway. She had a white glowing light around her, and said she can hear sawing. For the second time, I’m back in bed again. I can still hear the sawing. I figured it out, I’m doing OBE’s of False Awakenings, I then slipped into a lucid dream. This lucid dream lasted about a ½ hour so I’ll just describe the highlights, then finish off with how I exited into an OBE. Most of the lucid dream happened in the fenced backyard of an old country style home. It was night time. When I first entered the dream, it was very dark and scary. I knew I was dreaming, but it still felt scared, so I hid under a bush. A nice woman came and reached her hand out to me, and asked me to come out and not be scared. So of course I did. The fenced yard became more lit so I could see everything, but it was still night. People started to appear, and I was not sure where they came from, but they were all standing around and chatting. I joined in with a group of people and started to chat too. I did not let on that I was lucid; I was trying to blend in, observe the dream figures, and just have a good time. One of the guys I was talking too started to sing, ‘Can’t touch that!’ There were five of us there, and we all tried to sing along with the fellow, but I didn’t know most of the words, and I kept screwing up, but this one fellow kept the song going to a Tee. As he sang it we all lined up with our hands around each other’s waists and started to dance around the yard. It was very fun. Then out of nowhere came this crazy chick on a forklift loader was trying to run over people in the backyard. I ran up to the forklift, stuck out my left hand point finger against the forklift’s left fork, and stopped it dead in its tracks. The back wheels started to spin, and then the front wheels started to lift off the ground. I couldn’t feel any force being applied to my point finger. The crazy forklift driver was staring at me with a real angry expression. She then jumped off the forklift and started punching and kicking me. I couldn’t feel anything. I said to her that I won’t fight her, because I don’t want to hurt anybody. She then grabbed a piece of wood and took a swipe at me, but it just passed right through me and I didn’t feel anything. I told her she can hit me with whatever she wants and it won’t do anything. She then turned around and stormed out of the yard. Everybody in the yard was watching what was going on, and they cheered as she left. The party continued. Okay, this next dream figure interaction was very interesting. This fellow shoots up through the ground, out of nowhere, and starts to stagger around. I run up and grab him with my hands on either side of his chest. He say’s something to me that made no sense whatsoever. I was just like something somebody would say if you just woke them up. I then said to him, you must have had a couple of drinks or something. He said yeah, I had a couple of drinks before I went to bed. I put my one arm around his back and helped him over to a car. He sat down on the car hood. I asked him for his name. Before he could answer, some big dude behind me says my name. I turn and look at him. I said, how do you know my name, I didn’t say my name? He looked momentarily dumbfounded. He then said, “Don’t ask for names”. I said, “I just want to know his first name, so we can talk to each other.” People were starting to gather around to watch what was going on. Another dream figure instantly appeared beside the fellow that was addressing me, and he asked him who I was, so he told him. I thought I was going to be punted from the dream at this point, but then the drunken fellow then said his first name, “I’m Zsharat”. I thought that’s strange name? The two guys questioning me then disappeared into the crowd. Zsharat said, “This is going to be memorable.” He was smiling. He had also changed from a Caucasian to a dark alien with no nose or lips. That didn’t bother me at all (not sure why). He seemed quite thrilled with what was going on. I started to think about how I stopped the forklift with a finger, and I decided to experiment a little with this. I saw an old dual axle dump truck on the other side of the fence, so I levitated it up in the air, and then spun it upside-down, and slammed it into the ground. To my surprise, and without my help, the truck then flipped itself back over onto its wheels, and a guy inside the cab started yelling at me for flipping his truck. He said, “You dreamers are totally out of control!” He then backed up and drove away. I thought I better check next time to see if anybody is in a truck before I flip it. I decided to go and investigate what was in the old country house. The house was full of young kids. Two young girls were smiling ear to ear when they saw me. They had real intelligent looking eyes. They both nodded at me in recognition, and I felt I knew them from somewhere. I then woke up, but my body was still asleep. I was consciously aware while asleep. I was lying on my left side in bed, conscious, yet asleep. I could feel somebody laying on top of me, on my right side of my body. I was not alarmed by this. I then took my OBE arm and reached around and pulled the person in front of me and gave her a huge hug. As I did this, I heard a her voice say, “What?” It was my daughter! I told her I loved her.

Have you ever seen a lightning strike forming, before it actually happened? I did once on an Arizona bus tour. First, a whirling plasma ball of blue light formed on a high point of a lava rock formation, approximately 50 yards from the bus.. The plasma ball was about 4 or 5 feet in diameter. Second, faint sparks started mix in with plasma, creating a miniature light show. Finally, boom, a blinding lightning strike! I felt I was very lucky to witness this from start to finish. Similarly, last night, I witnessed a dream figure entering my lucid dream, with no suggestion from me. It was very cool, and much unexpected. I was sitting alongside a highway, on the front bumper of an old car, simply observing what was going on during my lucid dream. Btw, I was tipped off I was dreaming because a beautiful young woman was following me around, and I couldn’t figure out why she was there. I’m an old married man, seriously? I thought to myself, no way, I gotta be dreaming! I think I thanked her for hanging out with me. Anyway, back to what I’m trying to describe. All of a sudden to my left a couple appeared, lying on the ground, both asleep, and under a quilt. They literally appeared out of nowhere, and for no reason. I thought to myself, why would a couple appear in my lucid dream, just to sleep? No, I wasn’t thinking that!!! I just found it really odd because I was sitting alongside highway observing dream figures as they drove past me. Now, without warning, the woman woke, and jumped to her feet through the quilt. The quilt didn’t even move as she passed right through it. She was wearing white and red, bike shorts (whatever they’re called), and a fancy spandex top to match. Then a bicycle appeared, and she was holding it. She then looked at her partner and said something in German. I couldn’t understand a single word. He then disappears, and she hops on her bicycle, and then rides off down the highway. As she peddled away, I lost lucidity, and continued on with the dream in an unconscious state.
