Hi Nathan, glad to see you made a workbook. Yes, DJing helps in many ways, it's really good to write your dream down. I just used it yesterday to check on my recall because I felt it's not so good, but it turned out to be pretty good, acctually. So keep it up, and post your progress form time to time, or any questions you may have. Happy dreams

      Hello,
Yeah, if I don't keep a DJ or at least make the effort to remember the dreams it ruins my recall and for me just having good recall is a reward in itself, without it, think how many experiences you are missing out on!
I recommend you keep writing in your dream journal as well as reality checking whenever something strange happens and we will see where to go from there.
Could you possibly write down your progression here, as well as linking to your dream journal if possible

      Hi there!
I would say, if you are lazy there are many ways about journaling. If you are writting it down using word or that kind of program is faster or if you don't want to bother with that kind of thing, why not use a voice recorder?
