Hey, that sounds good. Do you mind posting a link here to entries in your DJ, so we can talk about your progress? Happy dreams |

Hi I'm n00bf0rlyf3 and I'm 14, I live in Maryland. I've just gotten back into LDs but my recall has always been good, I write them in a journal most nights, my dreams are getting more vivid as time goes on. I use a mantra before bed and SAT/RCs throughout the day |

right here |

Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
That's fine, can you breifly tell us your progression every so often, also if you are focusing on the DILD technique, why not try out the WBTB technique with MILD because it really does help. If not I'd say improving your dream recall should be the main priority, so keep writing them down whether it be in your real life journal on here. |
Don't worry I'll always write them down, unless I forget them.. :\. But yeah I'll keep you updated on everything |

had a ld last night, around 10 secs and 360p quality, had no emotions but i forgot to stabilize |
Thats great! I have tons of short ones, it will be better. Read some stabilization tuts, even if you have read them already. This may sound strange, but practice them IWL. Pretend you just got lucid and then say out loud 'stabilize' and rub your hands, look at them in detail, feel your clothes, touch nearby objects and do other stabilization techiques you want to do in LD. It will be easier to do in LD. Happy dreams |
Holy crap Gab it worked, I added them (sometimes) to my RC and then I had a lucid last night where it was stabilized and vivid, but still cannot feel things |
Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
That's awesome, congrats. What do you mean by 'can not feel things'? |
When a huge dog bit my arm I didn't feel any sensation or pain (this part I don't mind), I also didn't when I rubbed my hands together. |
Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
It's possible to feel pain, but I think sometimes you don't feel it. Try to also clap your hands. It will give you feeling and also sound - 2 senses. Try to practice it during day and pay attention to how it feels. happy dreams |
Oh oh oh! When you forget a dream, instead of not journaling try writting down moods and the like, it will increase recall like normal journaling. |
When a forget a dream, 99% of the time it comes to me in the middle of my daily shower, If I don't remember I just write 'no recall'. What do you mean by "try writing down moods and the like" |

Hukif, I hope you don't mind I'll answer: |
Ha my dream recall is fantastic, I get ~6 dreams on a schoolday (6-7 hrs of sleep). Just some days are blank, we all get those. And yeah I'll start writing down emotions, normally I just write the plot, it improves my recall but not my vividness, so I'll start writing down characters, etc. Probably will start when summer starts as I have much more free time, thanks for both of your posts |

Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
Oh yeah thats very good recall, cool. How is the lucidity going so far? |
Ok I guess, I'm starting to do Dream Yoga in Sivasions class so that should help too. I have 3 so far, if you watched the layers of lucidity on youtube they were all like level 1 major, and I'm aiming for level 3 minor, so it will take some work but I'm doing my best |

Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
Sometimes when you in void - black space, just wait a little and dream may form, or try to imagine a dreamscene. |
Was trying but I fell back asleep, oh well atleast it's progress. |
