am gonna start practising ADA on saturday, hope i'll have the succsse i had my first time.
      WORK PLAN
1-buy a new journal to write my dreams in it.
2-write down lucid dream goals on it's front page.
3-this month is mainly for practicing, therefore i would be happy if i just get one decent lucid dream.
4-practise autosuggestion and try to find dream sings.
      5-stay motivated.

Goals to acheive if i get a lucid dream(s)
1-actually stop moving !clear my thoughts and succssfuly stabilize my dream.
      2-fly
3-try to acheive different tasks (competition tasks,ToTM...etc)

that's enough for now, hope to see some succsse.

i wasn't tring to lucid dream at all this past few months(to be exact sinse last february).i had a very important exam and other things that made me forget about lucid dreaming, well that was the case until last night,i had one of the the most amazing and weird and funny dreams i have ever had in my entire life, why you may ask,i think that words won't be enough to describe it but :
i was in car,a very old car, thinking about a women (who later i knew that i saved her in a previous dream)anyways ,the dream was extremely vivid, and i mean really really vivid,it was so vivid that i don't think my crappy english will be able to describe it,it was vived as if i am in real life, maybe even more!!!this is when it gets weird

      Spoiler for kinda +16:

      gap

i am walking,in this beautiful place, thinking of what happened last time, the dream, always vived as before,i said to myself:"this can't be real life, things are way too crazy"
unlike my normal dreams i was very calm, very conscious:I'm dreaming!!!!,but it felt way too real and i know how lucid dreams feel (i had 9 LDS)but this one is very different,i could think clearly,(unlike my previous LDs)i could feel the cold air, feel the sun on my skin, feel the Grass on my Bare feet,i was in a deep state of inner peace,i didn't want to do anything,i just stood there enjoing the amazing feeling.
all of a sudden a huge floating city appearred, wait i know this city,it's dalaran!!!
for you dear readers who don't play world of warcrafet here is a photo
      Spoiler for dalaran:
amazed by it i just stood there enjoying the view,i wanted to fly when deathwing appeared from no where, again for you who don't play wow here is deathwing
      Spoiler for deathwing:
but i woke up,on the ground as i founed out that i fell of my bed.

amazed by this dream i decided to return to lucid dreaming,am gonna practice ADA as i feel that it's the only way to have other dreams like this one,(it focus on raising awareness of your environment, and by that realizing that you are dreaming and that's what happend to me)
what do you think is the reason i had this dream,by knowing that
1-i haven't tried to lucid dream for a long time.
2-i woke up in the middle of the night to do 'elsouhour' which is a meal we muslims eat 2 hrs before sunrise so we don't lose energy during the day because we Fast (don't drink nor eat from sunrise till Sunset)i had my dream after eating my "souhour" and taking cold medecin.

      waiting for your opinons
