      OhSnapItsGretch's Workbook

Hey guys! Well umm I'm 13 and I've only had one lucid dream which was a few days ago, it was a WILD (I took a nap around 3 in the afternoon) I had like terrible control of it, lol nothing went the way I wanted it to. Usually I don't remember my dreams so I can't starts a dream journal. I tried the subliminal message thingy and it worked to some extent, like I only listened to half of it then waited like an hour before going to bed so I'm going to retry it tonight. Yup so I just need like guidance and advise and stuff. I have no idea what I'm doing by oh well. Thanks guys!

Alrighty so last night I couldn't remember any of my dreams, and I didn't wake up in the middle of the night. I didn't really try and technequies or anything though, I meant to listen to the lucid aids but I never made time for it. I think tonight I'm going to try out MILD because it seems like something I'd be good at. And I'm having my mom buy me apple juice. Wish me luck!!

Listening to subliminal messages is OK, but you can just as well repeat a few mantras as you falling asleep. Those last moment just before you fall asleep are the best for autosuggestions. So mantras like "I remember my dreams" will work. Check out these methods you can practice for a DILD/MILD. Good luck

Wow I've been lazy. Well I Haven't been doing any techniques or anything before bed the past couple days, but I have been remembering more dreams. I usually write them down. I don't see any patterens Or reacurring things, but it's not been 4 days.
