Hi, im 18 years old and my goal is to lucid dream so I can achieve mind and body peak performance at sports and also have fun once in a while. So far I've had about 15 lucids but I never DJ'd and forgot some(I keep a DJ now and I have a full notebook and another with a few pages) I know my dream signs and attempt WBTB everyday but its been 2~3 weeks since my last lucid I know how to meditate very well and often visualize myself on different scenarios doing a RC. I also have an app called lucidity for my iphone that chimes every 15 or 30 mins. to remind you to RC. its been 4 days, no result but i'm still full of hope. I have vivid dreams every night and have about 3 memorable dreams upon wakening on average. |
