Hey my name is sparkley and I've only had one LD and it was with dild. I really dont know what to ut in a workbook. I'll just put my RCs and everything

RCs
So my RCs are
- looking at hands
- see if I can put my finger throuh
- plugging my nose
My only success with an LD was putting my finger through my hand.
I'm going to stick with it since it work. Maybe try the nose one.

Recall
My recall is pretty good, even without journaling. But since I started journaling it got better

Hope to improve it way more. I remember most of my dreams later in the day, but not in the morning even if I just lay there. But when I remember them, i journal them!

Anyways, my first LD seemed real, just like waking life, but I hope it gets more vivid, unless thats how good it can get, if it can get better that'd be awesome!

Oh, it can definitely get better!!!

Are you doing anything else in addition to what you listed above in your pursuit of lucid dreaming? We can talk about effective RCing.

I really dont know what to ut in a workbook.

You can use this workbook to track what you are doing on a regular basis and to ask DILD questions.

LDs can get very real, and full of intense wonderful feelings, more intense than waking life feelings! Doesn't that get you excited?

Well, I have been doing and practicing ADA. I'm getting kind of used to it and do it around 5 times a day. I've only started doing that since like 2 days ago. But I'm becoming more aware and maybe It my come with me to my dream. Just like how I was aware that it took awhile for the light to turn on so I did a RC and it worked.

Nice! It sounds like you are doing things right to bring that awareness into a dream. Did you have any questions? You can also just use this as your own space to track what you are working on and your progress.

Yes, if you did not get up, do get up go to the bathroom and get your mind a little more active before laying back down. It increases your chances.

Never had a lucid dream last night. But my recall got better!

I remembered atleast 3 dreams but the 2 dreams I couldn't remember most, just little details

Lost interest in LDing for a week last week, too lazy to do RCs and I didn't do them as much. I'm doing them alot again now and writing in my dream journal, hope to LD sooner! (:

Hey sparkley! From what I have seen around the forums it can be easy to let practices slip and get further and further away from lucid dreaming. Maybe try a slow and steady approach so that you don't get burned out and are able to keep up practices to some degree and ramp it up when feeling motivated. I had some lucid dreams as a child and really wish I had kept it up through my teen years and beyond. I had a number of decades gap until 13 months ago and so many years missed that I could have enjoyed my dreams.
