      I'm trying WILD these days, so I'm going to post on this thread every now and then.

      Welcome! Feel free to use this to track your LDing progress. If you'd like feedback on your practice, just let us know. If you could tell us about your:

      * dream recall

      * day practice

      * night practice

      And what sort of dreaming experiences you have had and would like to have, we can get a discussion going and hopefully offer you some feedback that will enhance your practice!

      I actually remembered a long and detailed dream this morning. Pretty odd because I didn't do anything - no meditation, affirmation, awareness exercise etc. The dream just came to me when I woke up.

      It had many details, but was quite foggy.

      Interesting.

      I would guess that your brain chemistry was was closer to ideal for recall, perhaps due to something you consumed recently. With a few other pieces in place like the ones you weren't doing, it could have possibly given you more awareness as well as helped it be less foggy.

      I remembered something this morning again. It was long but very foggy.

      Like yesterday, I didn't try at all but the dream just came to me.

      Interesting.
