Hi, recently I've been having lots of lucid dreams in sequence in the same night. Usually when I wake up at night I can simply fall asleep again and I will directly enter in a lucid dream. The problem is that I can't stay in the dream for more than 1 minute

I've tried many things, like spinning, rubbing my hands, doing reality checks (these even seem to decrease my lucidity). I really don't know what to do now that I can finally have lucid dreams with little effort.

Also, the dreams feel and look weird, my dream body feels kind of numb, and my vision is not very clear.

My wish is to have dreams that last at least about 20 minutes. Any ideas?
