Question Creating DCs without passive control help

Alright so I am getting annoyed of doing passive control in an LD. It gets annoying and I just want to be able to create who I want out of nowhere.

So what is a good way to go about doing this? All the times I have tried have never really worked and I find it difficult but passive control seems just as annoying. Is there any good way to go about creating DC's out of nowhere?

      Any help is greatly appreciated.

      Have you tried...
Expecting the DC to be around you.
Expect the DC to be through the door way in front of you.
(A little far fetched) Find a magical artefact which allows you to create humanoids.
As a DC where they are.

      Good Luck

You need to have a mind set like this:

"I'm walking through the door and I will see xxxxxx"
      Not
"Im walking through the door and I want to see/wish to see xxxxx"

Actually think about and make yourself believe that the DC will be there, and is already there, rather than trying to make it appear.
The harder you try to make it appear, the less chance you have to see it.

Ahh yes! Vocal commands work very well do, Command the DC to come! Command them all!

Before you go to sleep, set a clear intention that you will be able to create dream characters as you need them. You could even decide while awake what sort of characters you will create, but it is enough just to go to sleep fully assured that whatever is created, the work will be done by your lucid dreaming self, and not by your dreaming mind.

In my dreams i ask someone (lets say my dad) where (whoever you want) is. They just point or tell me where they are. Then i go where they tell me and there (whoever you want) is.

Passive or active control, it doesn't really matter which you use. But if you don't seem to be getting results just from "expecting" or "knowing" something will happen, you've got to make sure you visualize. If you don't really imagine in your mind's eye what you want to happen, it could be more difficult for the dream to cater to your demands. And speaking of demands, why not try commanding the dream as if you're the boss? If being Mister Nice Guy isn't suiting you, be forceful!

When something frustrates me in my dreams, I always shout out, "stop this nonsense now or else!" and it usually works. You can try this on DCs too, or nightmarish apparitions. Be fully confident.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
