Hey, haven't been on here for a while.

But anyway, I've got two questions...

First, it seems that whenever I become lucid, I'm fine for a little bit. I don't necessarily have the control I'd like, but hey, it's a learning process. My problem is that I don't stay lucid for long. I've trained myself to stay calm when I find out I'm dreaming, so that's not the issue. What happens is that my dream will suddenly "freeze up" before I'm able to really do anything. My vision will become blurry, and I won't be able to move, and nothing else will be moving either. Then I wake up after a few seconds. What's happening? Any way to prevent it?

My second question is pretty outlandish: I know a lot of you like to write music, and stuff in your dreams. I've done it, but I can only remember bits and pieces. Now, I know this is probably impossible, but is there ANY method AT ALL that can help recall what you hear in the dream? I mean, my dream recall in general is pretty good, but organised sound is another thing entirely.
