Thats weird. Sounds useful in a sense, though. Never did anything like that myself, or even had to anyway. |

Last night I had a dream I was trapped in a house with 2 other DC's. We were trying to get away from these slobbing, human eating, monstrous creatures. I was in a panic and just had to run right into 1 of them. It grabbed me and as it started ripping my neck apart with its sharp teeth, it was agonizing and I wanted it to stop. I felt a "shift" immediately so to speak and instead of feeling agony, it felt blissful and I just let it eat me alive (). Then I woke up. Point is, have you ever made something that should've felt uncomfortable or painful, feel blissful in a dream? I wonder what other dream senses could be manipulated. |

I had a similar dream (no where NEAR as intense or scary as yours), where I was with my mom and someone shot me. I remember falling back slowly, and I could see the silhouette of my mom, hovering over me. Instead of pain, I just felt kinda floaty and calm, although scared about dying. I could feel my life leaving the bullet wound, but no pain. |

I've had more of what Ophelia described, but not in my initial dream. The fying dream was horrific. My second dream was peaceful because I knew I had "died before" and I didn't need to be scared at all. It was kind of neat, even. |
