      Please help! (about dream spinning)

I Have tried several times to dream spin to take me to my desired location and it has failed everytime i had another lucid dream last night which i am extremly gratefull for, but i spent the whole time trying to change location and no results

this is exactly what i do:

I close my eyes in the dream, then i visuallise the place that i want to go to, then i spin around with my arms out side by side with my eyes closed.

Can you guys tell me -step by step- EXACTLY how to dream spin to go to your desired location? ive heard that you are meant to keep your eyes open while you spin so that the dream can blend in the new dream scene.

can you guys please help me out?! thanks.

Try not to just only see it, but hear and feel it too. If it helps, verbalize your thoughts and say where you want to be and what it looks, feels, sounds, and smells like. You can always enter a new landscape by going through a door or flying there instead of spinning. Hope this helps!

Oh, mirrors and pictures work well too.

For me teleportation doesn't always work. I've never heard it called 'dream spinning' before but I use that technique too, minus turning around.

For me, its a belief thing in my dream that happens after I close my eyes, "I know I'm dreaming, I'm going to go here, and when I open my eyes I WILL be there..." Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I think it has a lot to do with practice and your own force of will on your environment.

If teleportation doesn't work, try making portals instead. Portals can be anything, but for me they are usually the nearest doorway which I 'reprogram' to go where I want. You can also make doors Betleguise style by grabbing a marker, pen, pencil or whatever and just drawing one and thinking about where you want to go as you draw it. I've used that one pretty successfully before and found it easier than straight up teleportation.
