      Thankyou to the person who suggestion crawling in dreams..

      Just wanted to say I found, and signed up to this forum about 2 weeks ago, never knowing what a lucid dream was beforehand.

      Since then, Ive found a lot of great information on here and I've had probably 6 or so lucid dreams since. Mostly about 1-2 minutes long....And then last week I read some post on here that suggested crawling in your dream....

      Well, I have to say, that worked SO well. I had a lucid dream that felt like over 20 minutes long. It was crazy.

      Anyway, Ive never seen that information on here before, so, hopefully it doesnt get buried. Thanks whoever you were.

      The thread was here, but the author of the thread asked for it to be locked when he over-reacted to the healthy discussion that was going on inside his thread.

      Personally, I tried the crawling thing too and I found it was a neat little trick to engage movement of your entire body in a way you wouldn't normally think of and certainly helped my stabilisation, but there are plenty of other things out there to help you stabilise, and most of the other advise in that thread was very misguided. Glad the crawling thing worked so well for you!
