Its all about focus so as your flying or whetever your doing try to keep telling your self it all a dream and dont forget that ,rub your hands and just ignore dream character if they do distract you.But dont ignore them all the time beacuse they can say some pretty intresting things so if you do decide to talk to them just keep telling your self it a dream.Maybe you coud talk to a dream character about making your lucid deam last longer beacuse they know you more than anybody
