      Too Real!

so i had my 11th lucid dream lastnight, and this one was the most realistic one ive had yet! it was as if i just walked outside in real life, it was honestly an alternate reality.

in fact it was so realistic that i was finding it hard to believe that it was a dream, therefore none of my dream control techniques work as i was so shoked by the realism.

i looked up at the wall and i seen the word illusion (which i found quite ironic ) but when my vision was partially blocked by a person it changed into the word "version" and i spotted this as a dream sign.

but then the dream started to rapildy fade and i knew that i was meant to do somthing as this happened but i paniced and did nothing and woke up.

i have researched quite alot of dream controll techniques and i thought that i was ready to take on LD control, but when i got there, the world is so solid i felt powerless too it as it is soo real like everyday life.

this experience was mind blowing for me even though i didnt do anything, it has showed me how realistic and deceiving it can be

has anybody got anytips for me, because when i become lucid it feels so much like the everyday world i think that i cannot control it as it is soo solid and real, any tips on how to overcome this feeling? also as the dream started to fade, what are the best ways to stop this and prelong the dream? thanks for reading and i would really appriechiate help, thanks

For me its practise, the shear amount of information and realism was a bit too much for me to handle at first and id always get over excited. Over time you will learn how to control your dreams when you get acquainted with the world

Amazing! You should feel very happy that you are experiencing such vivid lucid dreams!

I haven't had this problem myself, possibly because my lucids aren't as realistic as yours. I would recommend just starting off with small things; if you're intimidated by the apparent reality of everything, just start by performing small manipulations, like maybe making a little coin disappear or hover. Then when you realise you have control over the world, you can build your confidence and start doing bigger things like changing parts of the scenery etc.

      Just my two cents anyway.
