I Keep Waking Up After Become Lucid!

My first lucid was very vivid and stable without stabilization, but it seems that my lucid dreams are becoming less stable, now in my seventh one in the moment that I realized that I'm dreaming I woke up, leaving no time to stabilize. I tried looking at stabilizing the details of my hand and saying ''I'm dreaming'', passing my hand in all I find and spinning, but nothing seems to work.

Try rubbing your hands together. That really helps with increasing your awareness and stuff.

If you can't stabilize, try to get back into the dream with DEILD

This is a very good idea, too. I heard Lucid Dreams are even better if you go into them consciously. Not sure if that's true but I wouldn't be surprised.

It's a good feeling when you enter the dream, but this is not the point now...

If you can't stabilize or have no time to do so, then you can either try to go back with DEILD, or accept that you are out and don't even try.... I often go back to my dreams and it's worth it

I cant go back into my dreams, unless i'm having a nightmare, then sleeping all morning is just tough waking up with an uneasy feeling and falling back asleep right into it again. FA's too probably..

When the dream starts fading just stay still and you'll be back in no time. DEILD is in my own experience, one of the best skill as a dreamer. You won't lose dreams because you forgot to stabilize. I had the same problem on my first lucid dreams but it stops after a while. I'm in a state, which I don't even have to stabilize to stay in the dream. I stabilize for vividness. My main point is it will stop with time. After every lucid dream, they become more stable. Just keep having them.
      Lucid dreaming since September 2011!!!
Lucid goals: Jumping out of a car going at high speed and crashing into an oncoming car, completely destroying the car, leaving me unharmed. [ ],
      Visiting moon [x], Proper flying [x], Stabilizing an LD perfectly [x], Shoot lightning/lasers out of my fingers [x], Shapeshifting [ ], Fly a helicopter [ ], TOTY 2013 [ ], Change dreamscene [x].
      Lucids: 16 crappy, 15 good, 5 awesome.

I keep having the same problem as OP. In my last one (which weirdly enough, was my 7th) I was in Beastmode (new name for my tiger walk thing) and then realized it was a dream and started rubbing my hands together. Nothing happened and I became fully awake.

EDIT: Wow just realized OP is also Brazilian. Crazy! lol
