Stiffness, lack of speech

When in a controlled dream I find moving very stiff, sometimes I feel it in my head some pressure pains. And I've never accomplished talking like in waking life. Does anyone have any insight? Could this be bad dream control?

Yeah I think it's just a bit of craapy control. But the good thing is you can get better at it.

As for the moving and talking, you can try to come with reasons to convince yourself why it's not working. If you can't move properly you can tell yourself maybe something is weighing you down, then you can proceed to "take off" whatever it is. Or maybe you can think there's a button that can make you walk properly, then you press it. If you can't talk, you can tell yourself maybe you're just parched and need to clear your throat. It's all about your own thoughts and convincing yourself to accomplish something

I have had a lot of semi-lucids where I can't talk. Well...i can talk but only with my real body. I will be in a dream and I get this feeling that I shouldn't talk. Eventually, the DCs will pester me to the point where I have to respond. I finally say something, but I say it out loud IRL and I wake up. Its quite strange.
