Yeah I think it's just a bit of craapy control. But the good thing is you can get better at it.

As for the moving and talking, you can try to come with reasons to convince yourself why it's not working. If you can't move properly you can tell yourself maybe something is weighing you down, then you can proceed to "take off" whatever it is. Or maybe you can think there's a button that can make you walk properly, then you press it. If you can't talk, you can tell yourself maybe you're just parched and need to clear your throat. It's all about your own thoughts and convincing yourself to accomplish something
