I am not sure if it can work but I would to like to try entering dreams within dreams a la inception. My little brother had success with it and that motivated him to open a DV account and share his experience in his google translator english...man he was so excited after that dream. Does anyone have tried that ?

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

Maybe you could grab this time control device out of your pocket and press the rewind; pause; etc. buttons! If you believe in it it should work!
Or (if you have ever seen Hiro Nakamura from the series 'Heroes') you could close your eyes, concentrate on what you want (slow mo, time freeze,...) and then look at the wonders you have achieved! You could also go back in time or into the future! Never done it though, but I'll definitely gonna try it this night! good luck!

It depends on what you mean by control time. If you mean literally control time so that you could, for instance, experience in 20 minutes what you would experience in 9 years. Then the answer is nobody knows (I lean towards no). However, if you mean that you want to make it SEEM like you are controlling time. Then I don't see why not.
My Lucid Dreaming Motto - "I have walked upon the the surface of a burning star. Observed events so infinitesimal and instantaneous that they can barely be described as having occurred at all. You... you're just a dream character. And this world's most powerful dream character poses no more threat to me than it's smartest cupcake." - Dr. Manhattan (kinda)

It's definitely possible to alter your perception of the world around you in a lucid dream, make it seem faster, slower, stopped. All that good stuff Bear in mind that freezing time in a lucid dream will not give you an infinite lucid

You could do it any way you want, using a remote, willing it to happen, imagining it happening, using a HUD over your face (like Iron Man?) with a slider on it that controls time. Anything you can imagine, can make it work! Be creative! Good luck!

All this sounds a bit like The Matrix; where Morpheus tells Neo "you are faster than this. Don't think you are--KNOW you are." Sounds like the same exact principle works in lucid dreams; if you know it will happen, it will happen.
