      Lightbulb correlation between sleeping position and mobility in dreams




      Hi this is my first post in this Forum and its about sleeping position.
      I find that when I have a lucid dream and end up just stumbling around and falling on my face I usually
      Wake up on my back... While my more estable dreams are on my side or stomach... Maybe because of so being stronger on Your back? What do you guys think???

      I only sleep on my side. If I sleep on my right side, my dreams tend to be more abstract. On my left side, my dreams tend to be more sequential and action oriented.

      Sleeping on my back for any sort of wildy Type of dream results in me rolling our of bed in the dream and just falling on my butz cuz I have no dream muscles to support my dream body weight half the time...
