Agreed, from what I understand, the human body requires a certain amount of deep sleep every night in order to rest and repair itself. Maybe this person subjectively feels as though all they are getting is REM, but that really isn't the same thing. |

Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

From your first post, I'd like to say that he can't possibly be ALWAYS in the REM stage of sleep? Wouldn't that make him very sleep deprived? Sorry, I can't really help you, but MisakaMikoto's advice should. |
