Lately I've been trying to increase the length of my LDs. I've experienced about 2 lucids every other night for about a month now. Half of these I would say lasted 5 minutes (in this reality). The remainder varied from 6 to 8 minutes, with an exception of a couple of very superb LDs with a 10min+ duration.

As most of you know staying calm and controling your breathing in the Lucid state is very important. Strenuous activity and excitement can easily leave you in the void, or even worse waking .

But Lucids are supposed to be about doing those things you've always imagined. How can you do everything you want and NOT get too excited?
Flying, Running, Manifesting things, creating DCs, changing dream scenarios, throwing kamehamehas WEWT (if you will ) requires alot of concentration (atleast on my behalf). So to reduce the effort required to perform these feats i've been reading/experimenting on different methods.

This is for those of you who love flying as much as I do, for those who just like to soar into the horizon leaving all your troubles behind. I call it the Pushed by the feet method.

Its simple just as its name states, imagine a force below your feet pushing you in the direction you want to go. I find this method ALOT easier than the rubber-band techniques(Imagining yourself being pulled towards something) and the simple concentration floating methods. I find that I can go twice as fast and maneuver alot better using this technique. I developed it because I wanted to carry someone while flying. In the past I've been using the rubberband tech. but sometimes it feels like I run out of energy after carrying someone so far.

I also get a more 'natural' feeling using this technique. Because of that horrible force we call gravity, the bottoms of our feet touch the ground for the majority of the day. So by doing this technique it uses a feel that your body more readily experiences.

Thanks for reading, and I'm VERY sorry if this technique has already been made
