      Questions of Dream Control.

I had my third lucid dream last night and It was more vivid and lasted longer than my others.

My only problem is controlling it. I find that I become excited and cannot focus on one thing at a time. Also, I can't do certain things like fly, make things appear, and change settings.

      Any advice?

Believe/know that you can do it and it will happen. It takes practise but you'll get there. Its all in your mind.
You know its a dream right? So anything is possible.

Keep your eye on the prize. Focus on what your want to achieve rather than how to go about achieving it.

When you first start lucid dreaming, the different goals and application can seem endless, and even impossible. I'd say, start small. Try to do one goal at a time, and start with whatever seems easiest. Practice until you feel proficient, then move on. This is the best way to master dream manipulation: one skill at a time!

agreed. dont try to make big things happen while you are first starting to lucid dream. you need to build up your skills. try some more simple stuff first. look at something like a desk or table. notice what is on it. then turn your back to it, and believe that when you turn around, a pen will be on it. when you turn around, if you truely believe that the pen will be there, it'll be there. same thing with flying. you cant have any doubts. u can try flying next lucid dream. thats a pretty simple task for me. try going to a cliff or ontop of a building, and jumping off. but before jumping off, make sure you have NO FEAR! if you have any fear, nervousness, or anxiety, you will try to fly away, and fall to your doom... hahahaha. believing is key....

Si senior(i dont really know spanish. ich spreche deutsche)
i teleport by spinning and thinking of where im gunna be, and i create items like i said in my last post. i close my eyes or turn around, and believe that the item is going to be there when i openmyeyes/turnaround. dreaming.... good stuff.
