Thats impossible, you only dream in your REM(Rapid Eye Movement) Periodes which only start about 3-6 hours after going to sleep, but you could wake yourself up after this time, then you would be able to get directly into your dreams |
|
I see... Well any way to have a dream at all? Because like I said sometimes its just blank and I cant remember anything.. and I dont think a dream journal will help with that if I cant remember anything at all.. |
|
Dream journal will definitely help you. If you dont have any dreams in the morning, try to wake up at night, and experiment with time, when you wake up. Dream recall is a skill, which needs practice and dedication to be good at. If you dont stop trying to recall, you will be rewarded with rich dream memories, believe me. |

On the tuts I've read about WILDing and other ones, it says to wake up at night with out any alarm.. is this better then with an alarm and if so how can I do it? Thanks for the advice btw =] |

That's absolute bullshit, and also a very outdated rumor. It used to be that scientists thought dreaming only occured in REM. Mainly because the REM state was the only proof they could come up with that dreaming was actually taking place. Techniques such as WILDing blow that myth out of the water. |

That's true, hypnogogic imagery goes for large parts of the night, but it's just pictures or swirling lights. I highly doubt that you could become lucid at that time, it's not dreaming in the term that most people think of dreaming. Too much of your brain is resting at that time to be lucid. |

i cant even remember my dreams let alone try to be consious in one.. and when i wake up it feels like i never slep at all... i cant fall asleep till like 3 in the morning and i wake up at 10 in the morning.. im exhausted, bored as hell.. and this lask of sleep is getting me edgey... sometimes i wonder if going back to school would be a good thing... atleast i get a good sleep pattern going.. |

A cheap method would be trying to sleep on the floor for a few days, but you should at least have a blanket or a sleeping bag between you and the floor. I'm pretty sure you will sleep better in your bed after that. |

How would you like to go straight from awake to the dream? |
