      Your shapeshifting methods

      I've been able to shapeshift a few times, the thing i did when i shapeshifted into a car was to just think it. But there were other times when i shapeshifted, it was done instantly but i don't know how i did it. So please, if you ever shapeshifted, can you tell how you did it and what you did? Maybe this will help other people who are interested in this.

      I only did it once, and I had to physically manipulate myself.

      As in, move arms to new spots, and bunch flesh to other spots.

      always do it while running, then look forward and imagine I'd be for expample a wolf. I started hearing the claws on the floor and when i looked back to the floor I saw may legs have turned into the ones of a wolf.

      Closest I've come to shapeshifting is growing wings, and I did that by looking down at my shadow and seeing them unfurl from my shadow's back. Then when I looked back they were there.

      Good suggestions...I've never tried shapeshifting before, when I'm a different person in my dream it's always been out of my control - the dream just starts out with me in a different body. These are simple answers that I never really thought of (drinking potions, changing shadow first) I want to try them the next time I ld =D
