Try to do something that physically affects you (the nose pinch is my favorite). Alot of the time I don't notice I'm in a dream no matter how bizarre the conditions (just like last night's dream... I dreamt I was in my room with my brother, only to realize that I don't actually have a brother O.o). |
|
Yea I see what are you trying to tell me, but I don't do them on purpose : It just happens that I done them in dream. |

I find that RCs are really just a way to raise awareness of your surroundings. A way to stop and think for a bit about what you really feel like and how you can interact with the world around you. |

Feeling comes from experience too. |

"Come and get one in the yarbles!"
I would say that you are not putting your whole awareness into the RC while you are awake, and therefore the same thing is happening while you are asleep. Try paying more attention to the reason why you are doing the RC while awake not just doing them and you might notice a big difference, remember to really ask your self if you are dreaming and activly look for a reason to tell you otherwise, this will help. |

Nevermind what you're doing wrong, concentrate on what you're doing right. |
