Sounds like your in the urges phase. Im trying to get out of this and become a super lucid dreamer. I have a dream journal her fallowing my progress if you want to read it, it might help you. And yes i am getting better at it |

I've been trying to accomplish dream goals every time I become lucid but I always forget what I wanted to do when I become lucid and just sort of go on with my dream and do typical fantastical lucid dreaming stuff. I really want to ask my dream consciousness about how to deal with some anxiety issues I'm having. |

When you first become lucid, try not to do anything. Sit and relax, and focus. Try to make the dream clearer, and tell yourself not to do anything except what you came there to do. |

ExoByte is exactly right! Baby steps. Even now, I'll forget to try and accomplish a goal or a task and end up exploring or playing around with the dream plot. And I have had 100+ LDs. Alot of times you forget things you want to do. Just keep practicing and trying and eventually you will get it. Good Luck to you! |

1)Write down the three to five main goals that you have on a sheet of paper, or as a memo on your phone, or on an index card (I find that the index card is best). |

once i wrote a girls phone number on my hand and when i went to bed that night it was still there in my dreams even though i didn't remember what the numbers where from. i don't know if it will help but try writing it on the bak of your hand or on your wrist before you go to bed and it might still be there in your dreams. |

Instead of asking your dream consciousness how to deal with anxiety, how about having a dream where you do the thing you are anxious about. |

Thank you for all of your tips guys. I'll post back as soon as I've made some headway. |

Write your intention out before you go to bed. Then read it when you get in bed a few times, this should help. |
