      Something wrong

I've started taking more active steps in achieving lucidity, journal reality checks the works, and now somethings seriously disturbing me.
Anyways, the past few nights I've been LDing have been very alien than my previous natural ones... like I don't even remember if there was a dream like all I remember is total darkness and then coming to the realization I'm dreaming but, a forceful voice always says something along the lines of no you aren't or no and like my previous times everything fades to black but, those times after a few seconds of waiting everything would come back. Not now.

Then one time after this I remember total blackness and then seeing my wall but, I started hearing a angry fearful voice babbling. Then I gained consciousness and realize I'm doing it and couldn't stop doing it for 3 secs after the realization.

What the hell is going on here.

It could be because you were having a dream during NREM sleep. There's not definitive proof as to what dreams are like during NREM, but from my experience they're much more audio based, with few visuals. Next time this happens, maybe try to take some proactive steps toward gaining control of your situation. Things like yelling "CLARITY NOW," and trying to involve your senses in the dream. However, I can see that as being tough if you aren't getting any visuals.

Yeah, maybe you are getting lucid in NREM sleep, or maybe when a dream is about to end and end in SP, kind of like you get lucid, the dream ends and end up right in front of the hallucinatons of SP, not necesarilly awake, but HH and all would make it happen soon anyway.

What technique are you using? If you're trying just a regular WILD then maybe you should switch to a VILD and try and control what you're putting yourself into.
