How not to wake up, staying with the eyes closed in the dream?

So, in this 4 Lucids i had, 2 i kissed an beautiful girl, i have in my mind. In the both situations i waked up after a while kissing.. and i believe it was cuz of the eyes closed, because i got too concentrated in this. Obs.: In the one i had tonight, when i kissed her, i started seeing inside or mouths, and saw some Bacteria there, moving from her mouth, to mine HAHAHAHAHA How can i not wake up while kissing?
