10/10 would be you could rely on that power every single time you dreamt, or near that.

Maybe you don't use it too much? I rely on flash steps all the time, and usually DCs are too slow to figure it out.

I generally use it in every fight I take seriously/want to end faster.

Invulnerability: 7.5/10
I like to let people shoot me, and either absorb the bullets or have them bounce off of me. Usually I can do it with no problem, but sometimes it hurts like a sonofabitch.

Flying: 8.0/10
I fly often, but sometimes I have control issues, and often have the tendency to 'sink' toward the ground, if I'm not relaxed enough.

Telekinesis: 8.5
My most-frequently-used lucid power. I use this a lot, in battle, or just for fun. I've lifted everything from rocks and cups, to an entire crowd of people at once. I also make a lot of telekinetic force-fields/barriers. Usually I have a good success rate with it, but every now and then, I won't have the focus to lift/move something.

Pyrokinesis: 7.0/10
I don't use it very much, but it's fun. I've been successful, almost every time I've tried it, but that hasn't been too often, so I'm not too sure how good I really am with it, overall.

Teleportation: 4.5/10
I've never been too good at changing the scene, or "jumping" from one place to another, but I've had a little success with it.

Bullet-dodging: 8.5/10
I often switch between letting bullets hit me and dodging them, which I've always been pretty good at. I've dodged single guns (Like an Agent), as well as gunfire from entire gangs of people (Like UltraViolet). Usually, if I set in mind that I'm going to go into a gunfight and not get touched, I'm successful.

Super-speed / Flash Steps: 7.0/10
I don't do it very often, but I've used it a couple of times, with success.

Hand-to-hand combat: 10/10
A specialty of mine. I'm very rarely beaten, but a few of my more elite DC's have given me some epic challenges.

Melee weapon combat: 8.5/10
I usually just use whatever is around like a bo staff, but I've pulled off some pretty insane combos and metaphysical moves with them.

Energy Expulsion: 7.0/10
I've only done this a couple of times, but done some damage with it. Example

Kaiyoken Attack: 8.0/10
I love doing this. Something like a 'Berserker' mode. Example

Ki Blasts: 8.0/10
Everything from rapid-fire blasts to Kamehameha waves. I've done a lot of damage with these, but sometimes have a bit of trouble manifesting them.

Phasing: 7.5/10
I do this often, but I have a tendency to get stuck in/between walls and or floors/ceilings.

Shape-shifting: 7.5/10
I don't shape shift very much, and barely ever into anything like animals or whatever, but sometimes I'll change my arms or fingers into blades, like the T-1000.

High-Jumping: 10/10
MUCH easier than flying.

Super Strength: 8.0/10
I've destroyed cars and buildings with my bare hands, on numerous occasions.

Bump Energy Blasts/Balls up to a 5 as of last night.

I don't tend to fly but more like float around. My flying skills haven't been the greatest so I've settled for a more easy approach of floating around instead. It's more reliable.

Summon a rain of stuff: 8/10 (meteor showers, bullets, acid. whatever, has worked nicely)

Gun skills: 0/10... bullets don't either come out or they do nothing >_>;
Changing my view of reality: 8/10

Black ooze I only did once when I tried to create a portal but just had this black ooze come out my finger to paint with in 3D.
The spinning vortex, also a failed portal creation. I got this spinning vortex connected through my finger on both hands. Was cool, but stings badly when touched.

About the changing view of reality is a bit weird. I've managed to see people as furniture and then do battle with them. Looked at people and then phasing over a own view about him/her. You alter the way you perceive them.

Haven't had a lucid in a while..Does this mean like stuff we do best? I mostly do regular things , just much better than before. Anyways I'll just put the stuff worth mentioning.
